"As the result of a computer glitch I was sent and charged for 4 trees instead of one. The error was detected immediately and the company was contacted. The company was closed but an e-mail was sent notifying them immediately if their error. When the company opened they notified me that nothing could be done to stop my order and return my $300. I was told I had to wait until the 3 trees they sent in error were received. I would then have to mail them back and only then would my refund be granted. I had to take time off of work to return them the day received. I notified the company they were on the way. They still refused to issue me a credit until they received the tree. I had proof they received the tree but I still did not receive a refund. I was told it could take up to 30 days!!!! What. This was their error. I finally was told they refunded my money to PayPal that was 6 days ago. Pay Pal told me I would be credited in 3-5 days. That did not occur. I called PayPal and was told the merchant refunded my money through a personal account therefore my refund will be further delayed. I still have not received my money and each time I call treetopia that have nothing to say/do about it. Do not use this company. Obviously it is a fly by night individual not a professional company."
"I ordered a tree (true blue) in the first week of Dec 2017 and I paid extra money for delivery in two day, the package was received in 4 days so I asked for a refund. I got a response that I would have the refund with in 3-5 days. Two weeks past so I contact them again and got the same response wait 3-5 days. Its been almost 4 week and I have not yet got a refund. I guess Ill have to take a loss, and will not order from Treetopia again. "

Both trees arrived within two days of placing our order and they were just as beautiful in person as they were online. Nothing we saw in our local stores compared to their size, quality, and price. "We purchased a tree and paid for priority shipping. A tree was delivered in the given timeframe. Unfortunately it was the wrong tree! I called in and was then promised that we would get a new tree by Monday at the latest. That we would get an email confirming the new order and an email with a return receipt to send back the first tree. After waiting 24 hours I decided to call the company back as I did not receive anything. Even though I was promised all of the above by an agent of the company, I was now told that a "Case was opened" and that it would be at least "48 business hours" before someone would "look into my case", not including the weekend. Now when Christmas is just over 3 weeks away, don't tell me to wait 2 weeks for a tree that I paid to have yesterday. The worst thing is that the "Supervisors" have no power to correct the mistakes of the company. And there is no one available to speak with, and she is not allowed to ask anyone in the back office to take a call. Don't waste your time and breath! "

"My living room has 12 foot ceilings so I need a tall tree. That usually means that the tree is enormous, even the slim ones. The pencil trees from Treetopia saves the day! High quality, beautiful, and just perfect for my space. This will be my 3rd year having my pre-lit tree and it’s still as perfect today as it was then! There website is easy to navigate and the prices are expected for a high quality product. Highly recommend this company! "
"After I saw my sister's gorgeous tinsel tree, I couldn't wait to receive my white, 7 1/2' Christmas tree! It was everything I had hoped for in a tree and more. The branches were full and it was easy enough to put it up by myself. I'm only 5' 1", so I was pleased that I could do it all by myself! Every night I tap the button with my foot to turn the lights on and enjoy the beautiful warm glow that illuminates the entire room. It's truly stunning!

"We placed an order (#159185) for a Black Tuxedo Tree on 11/10/16 and we are still awaiting this FEDEX package to arrive! I could write an endless detailed account of what was told to us and how we were treated but the crucks of the matter is this: You have the most antagonistic and rude staff: Glen, Brendan and several other ladies in between (and Brittany who never even had the courtesy of returning any messages that we left about our order). All of the staff gave different stories about the whereabouts of this order: It was refused; It was lost; it never made it on the FEDEX truck and then we learned it was a replacement warrantee tree? WE ARE OVER IT. We will never know what ever happened to this order and at this point it’s the holidays and we will be seeking a refund direct from our credit card company as too much effort has been involved now. And unlike Treetopia and it's staff, our time is valuable. Our business will be taken elsewhere. But know that we will send a warning to the public about this terrible site/store and to avoid it. Treetopia has been by far the WORST experience ever. I do not ever recall having an issue with any other online retailer. I am too sure from many other negative reviews that I now stumbled upon that Treetopia will hopefully go out of business – all because of the incompetent employees who must be paid circus peanuts instead of cash and who are unwilling to perform at a humane level. Although the pictures of the trees look amazing, SERIOUSLY, BUYER BEWARE."
"I ordered a tree 4 days ago after it stated on the website it was a 2-3 day UK delivery! Contacted them yesterday and told them this they assured my my tree would be shipped to me in 24 hours and apologised for delay!
Today still no tree and some rude Irish customer services rep has told me tree hasn't been shipped, and informed me they changed delivery times on website 2 weeks ago when I told her they hadn't or obviously I wouldn't have bought it as tree is needed for family event tomorrow she basically called me a liar and told me the website had been updated and it didn't say 2-3 days delivery!
She also told me I can't have a refund even though the tree hasn't left the warehouse as it needs to be delivered to me and I need to refuse to accept the parcel!! Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!! Avoid them at all costs!!

Customer service contacted me. I sent pics. Month or 2 later they call me. If I donate defective tree to charity, send proof, I get new tree. I know it's shocking, but charities don't seem to want a used, prelit, defective tree. (Mostly its the USED along with PRELIT part, tho. Insurance thing.)
I even offered to be happy with this tree if they'd ship new tree to a charity. Nope.
Worst customer service I've ever seen...for overpriced trees.
Got tree out of its hard shell container today...part of lights do not work and shedding like crazy."

My honest experience is this for my Order#: 156468 ....terrible! I ordered a tree and they charged my card as usual. Problem is they do not ship their trees as promised, stated on their site or their terms and conditions!!! Therefore this company appears to be overwhelmed and does not care! They are nothing but brokers who outsource and have zero accountability to the customer! After three phone calls and on hold for long durations, I was finally able to speak with a Supervisor named Brendan in Idaho call center location. While he is pleasant, he can provide no timeline for my delivery except state "the warehouse is overwhelmed"! Well you are the Company in the Tree business for nine years...I would have thought your Management Team was intelligent in the logistics and supply chain markets bot they are not. It is not even high season...so if you can't handle the orders now, how can you handle them in December?!!! As of this writing I have no tree, no tracking and no commitment from TreeTopia to date. So my HONEST review is stay away, buy local...TreeTopia has no clue!!!TERRIBLE, DISHONEST, UNTRUSTWORTHY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR WAREHOUSE ACCOUNTABILITY TO ANY CUSTOMERS! TreeTopia ...if you want to cure this complaint and disgruntled customer, Mr. CEO/Owner..get on the phone yourself with the Warehouse Manager pull my order # Order#: 156468 and ship it overnight for this Friday delivery please! My tree is so skimpy that the center pole is clearly visible through the branches, and the branches are all drooping down instead of bending up.
