"I had a slight issue(a seam came undone) with my XL PupLounge. After contacting customer service(Agent Michelle Figueroa), they were willing to work with me and replace the cover quickly and easily. The bed itself is fantastic, and the fabric is very durable. My dogs are comfortably sleeping on it as I write this!

"I’ve been searching for an appropriately sized, “new type” foam bed for my girlfriends 110lb mixed breed elderly dog. “Treat a Dogs” huge size & features was the one. Upon completing my order; I realized I had forgotten to enter the advertised 50% off code. I e-mailed customer service explaining the same. Within hours, representative Michelle Figueroa had e-mailed me back to say - Yes, they we gladly apply the code / discount. That action is not something that happens nowadays.
