Bought our boxers a bed and they love it.

"Our two boxers love their bed. We do have a seam that has opened on side of it. However I emailed support and Hazel Ashford replied quickly to say that a new bed would be in the mail! Free of charge. Wonderful service and well worth the price! Thank you Treat a Dog. From the Lewis Family! xo"

I thought the bed would be bigger since it is supposed to accommodate an 80 lb dog.

Awesome to work with!

"When I ordered a bed for my dog, I inadvertently forgot to apply the code for the discount. I noticed it right away on my invoice. I immediately emailed them and they got back to me very soon letting me know that they would give me the discount and showed that they had already credited my card. Michelle Figueroa was the representative I worked with and she was amazing. Thank you!!"

Treat A Dog Customer Service

"I had a slight issue(a seam came undone) with my XL PupLounge. After contacting customer service(Agent Michelle Figueroa), they were willing to work with me and replace the cover quickly and easily. The bed itself is fantastic, and the fabric is very durable. My dogs are comfortably sleeping on it as I write this!

"I’ve been searching for an appropriately sized, “new type” foam bed for my girlfriends 110lb mixed breed elderly dog. “Treat a Dogs” huge size & features was the one. Upon completing my order; I realized I had forgotten to enter the advertised 50% off code. I e-mailed customer service explaining the same. Within hours, representative Michelle Figueroa had e-mailed me back to say - Yes, they we gladly apply the code / discount. That action is not something that happens nowadays. That means a lot when money is tight and we put our fur babies very high on our list of priorities. I am going to highly recommend Treat A dog to all of my friends & associates.

"I recently ordered from Treat A Dog and while checking out I entered an incorrect promo code. As a result, I did not get the 50 percent discount being offered. Upon realizing my mistake, I emailed customer service and had an immediate response from Camille Tolentino who not only honored the 50 percent discount, but increased it to 60 percent! If Camille is an example of the character and integrity found within this company, consider me a very happy customer!"

I don't know how these rave reviewers had such a different experience than mine!

" I ordered a bed in early February and it's mid-March and I still don't have a replacement. The bed I originally ordered was supposed to be a large and I would barely classify it as medium. The ad picture showed a black lab similar to mine with lots of room so I feel that it was very deceptive too. I'll never order anything from them again."

"I received my treatadog seat covers in a timely manner. Unfortunately one of the buckles broke when we first tried it out on the front seat. However after emailing customer service, we were sent a new one free of charge! Thanks to Camille Torentino! "

Experience was good...solid customer service!!

"Had a very good experience with my order and with Treat a Dog's customer service. I made an inquiry regarding shipping and had an answer within a few hours, by a real person! Hazel Ashford!
Received my order within a few days...The quality of the products is decent. Covers my seats and the door guards keep the dirty paws and slobber off of my door sills...
I plan to get another set for my other car.

A pleasure to deal with . . .

"Not only does my little Yorkie love his new bed, but this company is also a pleasure to deal with. I used a discount code to make my initial purchase, and then saw a social media post the next day of an even better discount. When I called, the better discount was immediately applied without question. Great company!"

Customer service was great!

"Let me begin by saying Hazel Ashford is amazing! I had ordered a bed for my 12 year old golden who had a hip pain. She loves it so much she wouldn’t lay down anywhere but that bed!! However it was only 2 days time that we had it and my 18month old puppy destroyed it! I was so upset- as you know these beds have a hefty price tag. So I emailed and Hazel Ashford responsed, asked for a picture of the product, and within four days I received a new bed! ( today ) free of charge! No other questions asked, no hassle or run around. It was such an easy process! Thank you Hazel Ashford & Treat A Dog! "
