"The Summerville, SC store has an amazing, caring, attentive, and speedy staff. They noticed a problem from another store, corrected it, didn't just leave it alone because they where really busy. I feel other places notice "shoty" work and don't do anything about it. This place did. I also liked how they treated my car, didn't just jump in, take off, slam it on a rack, etc. They knew I cared about it, so did they. I will always go back...they have earned my repeat business."
"The only issue that I would say is the wait. To get an oil change and tire rotation you would either have to wait or drop your car off cause it will take approx. 4 hours to complete. However, the cost is much cheaper than dealership cost. I guess that is the trade-off, cheaper price with longer wait or more expensive with shorter wait."
