"Last Saturday I visited the store on Nimmo Parkway in Virginia Beach looking for a few quotes. I have a Mercedes SL550 and it was in need of new tires; however, I didn't realize how BAD it needed tires. The staff was courteous and friendly right from the start! Since I'm running a staggered set-up, finding tires isn't always the easiest...or inexpensive...endeavor. After a quick search and a phone call, they the staff was able to find a set Michelin Pilots...exactly what I was looking for! I needed to be at the airport later in the afternoon; however, they promised to have my car done in time for me to make it in time. One of the staff ran to pick up the tires while another began to dismount my old tires. Not only did they make it in time...they were able to squeeze in an alignment in the originally estimated time! Great service! My only regret...not remembering the names of the awesome team that helped me out. To the crew on Nimmo Parkway in Virginia Beach...thanks!"
"I know that quality tires are expensive, but remember that you get what you pay for. The four Yokohama tires have returned my car's handling and ride to original, maybe even better. "I just stopped in to get a price and availability of some 31 x 10.5 tires for my Blazer.. Travius the manager, showed me several options and quotes "the right" price, so we closed the deal, had the tires installed right then.. I'm happy with the service and I am sure that the Kelly tires I bought will be fine, as I have bought that brand before. I'll return when I need tires or some other service.."

I took the survey they asked me to take and realized they were supposed to go over a few more things with me about the car and what was done, than they actually did.
But that might be because I am a guy and we all know how some places can be.
All in all I think the one in my area is a pretty decent place."
"I took my van in April 9, because ABS light was on, was told I needed front brakes & rotors, speed sensor and windshield wipers. They did my state inspection at the end of February and passed inspection without them mentioning that I needed brakes. I also just replaced my wipers last week. They were going to charge me over $700.00. This van is only used once a month to take a patient in a wheelchair to doctor visits so the brakes could not have gone bad in 2 months. My partner is changing brakes, rotors and sensor for $67.00. "
