"My experience with Totally Furniture was excellent. I received my item in a very timely matter. Actually, I believe it was delivered earlier than I had expected! My 4 Star rating is only because when it was delivered it was left outside my garage area in the rain. I was concerned because my front porch is covered with ample room to have left the box. I guess it wasn't totally furniture's mistake, but the delivery service guy's bad decision. Fortunately, the box was wrapped pretty well in plastic; therefore, my dresser had not been damaged. I would order again from Totally furniture; the item is quality and the service was great!"

"Some of the pieces were broken, so I contacted HSM to request replacements. It did take a long time to receive them, but HSM sent me regular e-mails to let me know the status. The bookcase was priced right and the quality is very good at the price point. The assembly instructions were easy to understand and it was very easy to put together. "Nothing is built like it used to be for the price you pay today. However, ordering this piece we knew we were getting mostly particle board components. It took a better half of the day for my husband to assemble it, and being careful would be wise in the process, given what it's made of, but when all said and done, this piece looks extremely nice. It's attractive, useful space does exactly what I wanted it to do. We purchased it for our office/my craft room so it hides all my little wrapping and decorative pieces perfectly. If it were an actual dresser for a kids room, it would be unlikely it would hold up to the wear and tear of little hands. Myself, I am very particular and careful, and expect it will last as long as I want it to. Color is soft and beautiful just as pictured."
"We were looking for a sturdy solid wood full over full bunkbed that wouldn't break the bank. We got this and it is very much what we wanted for our boys. They love them and so do we. They were easy to put together and seem like they will last for years. Highly recommend these. To top it off they arrived quickly!!"
"I purchased this mid March, it is now mid April and I have still not received my item. According to my emails totally furniture shipped this to the US pretty quickly. I believe the problem lies with YRC the shipping company they use. I received a phone call to schedule a delivery to my house. I scheduled it, waited around the 9am -5pm window and no one ever came or called. I called YRC and they said oh we never received your item and we’ll call to reschedule once it arrives. I waited one week and I never got a call. I called YRC and left a message, never got a call back. Then called again and was told me item is still sitting in another state and they weren’t really sure what’s going on. I’ll make this shorter and I had to call YRC at least 4 more times and my item is still in another state. I called totally furniture and left a message and no one called me back. I had my eye on a few other pieces of furniture, but after this experience I’ll buy those somewhere else. Very disappointed. I hope my item, if it ever arrives doesn’t arrive damaged..."
"This entry table looks beautiful and is very sturdy. It was very easy to assemble too. The only issue I have is the packaging or something left small indentations around the faux marble look, curved top. Barely noticeable, so still enjoy the piece. "
"We ordered the bookshelf and a few of the pieces were broken. My husband called company and they stated the pieces were in stock and would ship out pieces. We never received an email regarding new shipment. My husband called to follow up and lady apologized and stated she would follow up with an email regarding broken pieces. We received email stating there was no stock of replacement in warehouse, and we would not get replacement for another 3 weeks, now we sit and wait while bookcase is all over floor waiting to be put together. Very dissapointed on how things were handled."

"I bought an accent cabinet that was available online from other vendors but Totally Furniture had the best price. But one leg's drilled area for screws was missing the metal thread piece when it came.
According to insert all missing pieces had to be requested from manufacturer Monarch Specialties. What a joke. I sent emails & Called and lady said she'd ship whole new leg. Days later got a message from someone else saying they couldn't do that and I had to "reach out to the vendor." Many emails later from Monarch, (each with a reply from a diff person) while I tried to see if the leg was on the way as lady had said...I finally got cust serv person Sara at Totally Furniture. She handled it beautifullym quickly and was responsive unlike the manufacturer!"
"I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I have sent emails, made phone calls, left voicemail messages but NO ONE will get back to me. I purchased a day bed and the company never put directions in the box. This is an easy fix but this company has ignored me entirely for over 2 months. I basically paid $250 for a pile of lumbar. DO NOT buy anything from this company!!!! "
