When I did receive my items, one of them was a little damaged/defective. The customer service representative from Topwedding.com contacted me, asking how did I find the service and also if I received my items properly. When I mentioned that one of them was defective and after providing the necessary photos, she happily shipped me another one. No further questions asked. To me, I found this to be really great, giving me the confidence of buying from this seller again. It is rare of see this kind of customer service in local stores, let alone for a remote seller somewhere on the Internet!
