"The customer service I received was excellent to say the least. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes by mistake and a customer service representative contacted me to confirm my order even though it was already placed. She let me know in an email that she credited my visa for the extra shoe cost without my even asking her to, plus she answered any questions I had right away, all via email. Although my order had already been placed online, we had emailed each other back and forth at least 4 times before my order was actually sent to be processed. I thought this was considerate and very customer service oriented. She not only took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my order before processing it, but she waited for my correspondence! I am in the US, so I was weary before I placed my order but all of my worries were needless because of the excellent customer service I received. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my wedding which are both beautiful, excellent craftsmanship, ivory color matches perfect with my dress. Take into consideration the style of the shoes with larger florets of pearls and rhinestones on the toe of the shoe as far as snagging or pulls on longer style gowns. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes just to be safe. I'm glad I did because they are both beautiful. I'm having a November wedding and needed a wrap/bolero to keep warm when taking photos outside. The faux fur wrap fits around my shoulders perfect. I am a size 9-10 US and the ivory color matches perfect with my vintage style dress. I ordered a faux fur bolero too. The bolero jacket comes in one size only, so I would not order it unless you're very petite. The bolero jacket almost fits my daughter and she's 7years old and 58 lbs US, just the length of the arms too long otherwise it would fit her! So if you're a normal sized woman, 9-10 US, I would order a wrap instead. It's one size fits all too, but it does fit and looks a lot better. Thanks again to the customer service rep, she deserves a raise! I will be wearing my beautiful Top wedding shoes and wrap on my wedding day! Donna G"
