"I was searching for a hard to find item. Several stores had the product listed for less money, but they didn’t have the product in stock and ready to ship. One company that had the product listed as ‘available soon’ had over 500 back orders with a waiting time of more than three years, which I only found out about after calling the company. Top Gun’s Web site was current and showed the product as ‘in stock’ and the online ordering process was quick and easy. When I called the following day to confirm that the product was in stock and ready to ship my call was handled by a prompt and courteous gentleman who placed me on hold and physically checked to ensure that the item was in stock. I was not pleased with how the post office tracked the package, but Top Gun has no control over that, and for $9.00 shipping charge the post office can take a day longer then scheduled. Overall I was pleased with Top Gun and will likely order from them in the future."
