"Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I ordered a replacement battery for my computer from TopMicroUSA. First they never sent me a tracking number until I asked for it. Once I received it I realized it was the wrong battery- the thing didn't even fit into my computer and was the wrong mAh. There is no phone number to contact "them" so I had to go back to their site to submit a comment. I told them it was completely wrong battery, they replied and said I had to pay to ship back their mistake. Once my 15 day return window was over they stopped talking to me. I decided to give them one last chance, and contacted them a few weeks later. They just sent me an email saying they will only refund my money using paypal- they're not even willing to send me the correct battery. Terrible terrible place. STAY AWAY!"
