"just what i ordered and fast shipping"

"Horribly slow processing. They took my money 8 days before they shipped order which was listed as In Stock. Charged $8.95 shipping on a $3.95 product. (a 3ft ipod sync cord) which could have been packed in a padded envelope and shipped for less than $2. Completely painful process. Thankfully I didn't need the product asap, it will be a spare. I won't be using this company again. They offered a $10 in store certificate for filing a rating. I won't bother claiming that one.

Finally received an item today. Not the one I ordered, but an item none the less. Wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap with no envelope and only the ups label. I can't begin to give this company as bad a rating as they deserve. AVOID!!!!!

They refunded my purchase amount. I guess they are making an effort. I would have rather had what I ordered, but I'll give them some credit."
