"I ordered some headlights and my order was back ordered. It’s not an issue that it was backordered the issue is the communication. I wasn’t informed that my order was back-ordered. I had to find out on my own through inquiring about where’s my tracking number for the product I ordered. Then when I was informed my order was back ordered, they told me it would be 7 to 21 days before I can hear anything else about my order. Had I known it would take this long from the beginning, I would’ve took my business someplace else. Now I have to wait a month for something I ordered that was pretty costly. "

I’ve sent a total of three messages over the last week AND left a voicemail during business hours (nobody answered) and nobody has responded. I got an email confirming the order has shipped and nobody made the change. No customer service is terrible customer service. I will never use this company again. "

"I bought headlights for my truck and they came in time but when i opened them it looked like a 5 year old put them together, half of the seal was sticking out and the plastics was cracked and i emailed them right away and no answer and I've called as well and it goes to voicemail, Do not buy from them as they over charge for everything go to amazon or other known websites, i planned on returning them but afraid of not even getting my money back as they don't respond. "When I placed my order with Topgear Autosport I thought this was a good company. After a number of days I got an E-mail saying my running boards had shipped and they gave me a Fed Ex tracking number with 35 digits and numbers which did not work because it had too many. I tried UPS and USPS and it did not work, so I tried to contact them by phone but it said that the Google subscriber was not available. I got a second phone number and it said closed. I tried numerous phone calls at all different hours with no answer. I then sent E-mails over numerous days and no response. I then checked the Better Business Bureau and it had many complaints and the BBB Rated them an "F". So I contacted my VISA card and asked them to cancel my order. Well the order did arrive days later along with a phone call from the owner. She did not give a reason for not answering any of my phone calls, but she said she did listen to one of my calls and then noticed that the tracking number was wrong. She said she E-mailed the correct tracking number but I never got that E-mail. I was lucky and did get my order, but my recommendation is to avoid any purchases with this company.
