"The first great thing about Tooltopia is their website. It is very user friendly. The shopping cart will save items for a very long time. Each tool is listed if it is not in stock, which is nice to know if you need something fast. The second great thing about Tooltopia is their speed. I work in Phenix City, Alabama and have received orders in less than 2 days. The third and most important great thing about Tooltopia is their customer service. In the last 6 years I have placed over a dozen orders with Tooltopia. Out of all of those orders, there has only been 1 mistake, which was taken care of with a 2 minute phone call. Tooltopia also has great pricing. I do not shop tools any more, I shop Tooltopia!"

"On 11-23 I ordered a couple of Milwaukee tools that were on sale. Then on 11-30 I received an email stating that they were cancelling my order and refunding my money because the items were “permanently out of stock”. Ironically a few days later both items are back in stock but at regular price and I’ve now missed the Black Friday sales. I’m in several tool groups and it looks like they did this to tons of people. Don’t waste your time with Tool Topia. "
