"The first great thing about Tooltopia is their website. It is very user friendly. The shopping cart will save items for a very long time. Each tool is listed if it is not in stock, which is nice to know if you need something fast. The second great thing about Tooltopia is their speed. I work in Phenix City, Alabama and have received orders in less than 2 days. The third and most important great thing about Tooltopia is their customer service. In the last 6 years I have placed over a dozen orders with Tooltopia. Out of all of those orders, there has only been 1 mistake, which was taken care of with a 2 minute phone call. Tooltopia also has great pricing. I do not shop tools any more, I shop Tooltopia!"

"Sloppy website code. Couldn't access cart except by adding an item, choosing to go to the cart from the popup and then deleting the excess item. In at least one place, the display dropped the trailing zero from my total. I couldn't continue checking out because I hadn't selected THE ONE AND ONLY AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTION and it didn't bother to show an appropriate error indicating that it was unselected. None of these issues promote much confidence in the website."
