Painted over a cut whip hose

"I got my stuff i ordered when inspecting it i saw a flaw so i called the company asked to be obernighted a hose i purchased and thier response was send me back the one you have and then ill ship a replacement. I let them know i just spent 300 dollars on a reel with yall and i ship them there hose but to send a replacement asap .then they tell me it will take another 5 buisness days. After i told them everyday im down i loose money .so i said ill leave a review and they said go ahead . Dont waist your money on a company that doesnt value customer service or their customers at all . "

Terrible

"Placed an order and choose two-day air delivery for additional fee. Item was in stock. Order was placed on November 30th order will not arrive until December 5. Customer service said there was nothing she could do as far as adjusting the shipping fee. No more Tool Barn purchases here."

Terrible experience

"I ordered on April 5th, 2021. On April 13th I called for an update, the rep told me my item was scheduled to ship at the end of the month. He seemed frustrated that I was bothering him with my questions. Toolbarn did not have the item stocked and didn't have any information except to say that my item would ship approximately 2 weeks after the time of my call."

Beyond bad customer service

"Beyond bad customer service. Ordered an item here and it took well over the time allotted so I gave them a call and it was still going to be three more weeks but supposedly coming. Yet, the next day I got an email stating they’re canceling the order because the item isn’t manufactured anymore? Are you kidding me? Wow! You got time to order stuff waiting well over there lotta time and then I’ll get it after all then have to re-order somewhere else and wait longer have fun!"

Free battery promotion....NOT

"Free 8.0 Milwaukee battery with bare tool purchase it said. Jeff at Toolbarn says "we are out of batteries. Milwaukee is having supply problems and we don't know when we'll get more". "We are NOT having any supply problems. In fact we have plenty, ESPECIALLY the 8.0" says Milwaukee. Meanwhile, you are free to purchase the same batteries that Jeff claims he doesn't have, because they are in stock and happy to sell them at retail price. They just aren't in stock for the promotion they advertised. When I asked Jeff if I could make the purchase now and receive the "free" battery later he says "it doesn't work that way". I think we all know how "it" works now at Toolbarn.com.""

how can you sell something you don't have?

"They had a sale April 21st and I bought in. Today on August 12th I still haven't gotten my orders. Worst customer service on the planet. Because of ToolBarn yes boy Pat, I told them to take their orders and stick em. How is it a company can sell something they don't have?"

Not packed well. Nails were coming out of the box

"Not packed well. Nails were coming out of the shipping box. Sent three emails telling of the problem. Called, waited on hold for 15 min no-one answered call. Then left voicemail and my number to call back. No one did. After 10 days of hearing nothing i got an email saying they were going to issue a credit. We will see if that happens. "

very rude and crooks too!

"i wish i had read reviews! but make long story short yhey just basically stole 25.00 from me! i orderd an item and paid second day air ! this was on wends. the lady told me it would be delivered on friday well this is friday and no item. tracking says monday delivery. thats 5 days if im lucky! i called tool barn and they said you ordered it to late on wends. i was dumbfounded when he said this! nothing on their site says you have to order monday or tuesday to receive second day shipment. make long story short he was very rude and said sorry about your luck!!!! i dont know what else to do just ghink of the money they make by doing people that way ! i will never deal with them agai! the bbb needs to shut them down!"
