"Bought a ranch cover for my 2013 F150. They told me up front that it was about two weeks for shipping and it came in about two weeks like they said. It was packaged really well. It was covered in felt lined plastic and styrofoam in an over sized box screwed down to a pallet so it would'nt shift. Very well protected. The paint is as close to a perfect match as you can get and the paint job is flawless. The cover was a perfect fit for my truck. Fit the curves on the bed rails and the tail gate. I did have to adjust the latch cables but that was simple with an allen wrench. Instalation was really easy and they have u-tube vids to help. Really good price too. Very satisfied."

"I purchased my Bakflip VP by phone order recently and was told it would arrive in 4 to 5 business days; it got here in 2 days and delivered on Saturday. Free shipping, no tax and sales rep (Jordan), even discounted a few more dollars for the phone order. I was so excited when it arrived early, that I installed it that night. It took about 1 hour to install because I had to trim part of the drop-in-bed liner, just like the instructions said I might have to do. After getting the 2 rails installed, I dropped the liner in the grooves and it lined up perfectly. Flipped it back snugged up the screws and I am good to go. Being this cover is a surface mount, it allowed me to keep the rails I had on my truck. I didn't hook up the drain tubes yet, but just had them hanging in the bed. Have to drill 2 holes to route them through the liner. Had the first rain on it two days later and the only water looks like it came from the drain tubes. As soon as I drill the two holes in the liner to insert the tubes, I think this should fix any water issues. Over all very pleased with the installation. Instructions were a little vague when it talked about whether I need the spacers or angle pieces. After dry fitting everything, my model of truck (2004 Dodge 2500) didn't seem to need them. At least it fits and work right. Really pleased with the quick service from Tonneau Cover World. I would recommend them to a friend!"
