"I ordered a ring on Jan. 11 using PayPal. The company sent the confirmation email immediately but did not pursue the payment through Paypal until January 18. Now it is January 24, and still no ring. Since Jan. 16, I have called the company several times, as well as written emails, and I have not received a single response. I don't know if anyone ever answers their phones at all and I just hope that if they don't send my ring that I can use Paypal to get my money back. I don't recommend doing business through this website at all, simply based on the customer service - even if they do end up sending this ring to me at some future date. Go to a reputable jewelry store instead, even if you have to place an order through that store to have your ring delivered."
"Never, ever purchase from this store! They seem very serious, I probably talked to the guy 3 or 4 times before putting my final order in because I wanted to make sure I would get exactly what I wanted. He was very helpful.
I got the Email a confirmation Email and replied to it with a photoshoped picture of what I wanted my ring to look like. He replied that it would be made accordingly and that I would have my ring within 8 business days.
This would've been on december 24th, and we were leaving for our cruise on the 26th, perfect, cause we were gonna run away and get married.
The 24th came and went, no ring. Still no rings when we left for our cruise, but I blamed myself for ordering it so late.
I was fully expecting our rings when we got back from our trip on the 11th of January, but still nothing. I called them, and they wouldn't answer the phone.
I called VISA who told me that they cannot do anything until 30 days after the rings should have arrived, that makes it the 24th of January.
I finally got in touch with Titanium Era again and he told me that according to their tracking number (which of course he would not give me) it had been returned to them. But no problem he says, we will make you a new one. I questioned why he would have to make us new rings, if he was correct and the rings had been returned, they wouldn't just have thrown them away, right? They had our names ingraved... Or should have had.
Well he was gonna make us new rings he promised me on the 12th of January, and he was gonna mail them express on the 16th so I would have them on the 19th. Still nothing.
Through all my years on internet shopping I never ran into a scam, and unfortunately I never read any reviews on this company. I should have.
I am about to call the police in Montreal, cause this cannot continue.
Never ever order from this place. I don't know what their business is? To collect interest on my money for two month before I can manage to get it back?
EDIT: I contacted PayPal and they had created a onetime account using my Credit Card :(
He said that they need everyone to contact PayPal, so they can kick these people off of PayPal, so PLEASE do contact PayPal! Don't be ashamed of being fooled."

"Two days after my husband gave me my wedding bands, a diamond fell out of one of the rings. It was a small one. We decided to just have it fixed and replaced later by a different jeweler. Two months after, the biggest, thousand dollar diamond, fell out along with the platinum prongs. luckily, we found the diamond hours later. We were both very angry and disappointed. Wedding rings are supposed to last a lifetime. We tried to call them but could not get a hold of anyone. I guess it is easier to sell people faulty rings when you do not have to look them in the eye. We will never order jewelry online or from Titanium Era again. "
"I have been trying to get a hold of them, as my shipment has not arrived. I have tried calling, e-mailing and have received no response from them. I am getting married at the end of this month and my fiancée’s ring has not yet arrived. The day I ordered the ring, I received a confirmation e-mail; however it had no tracking information. The e-mail stated that I would receive the ring within the next 9 business days. These 9 days have passed and I still have not received his ring. I am very disappointed with their service and do not plan on buying from them again. They have already taken the money from my account, but have not sent my items; I will soon be contacting both my bank and the BBB in order to try to reclaim some of the money that I have lost. "
"I placed my order on January 14th and immediately received an email saying I would receive a confirmation by the end of the next day. Two days later I had received nothing, so I called. I was told that my order had not been acknowledged and that I would receive something later that day. I received two emails later saying that the ring I ordered would be delivered within 13 business days.
The emails also said that my credit card would not be charged until the diamond had been confirmed, and the card was charged two days later.
11 business days later I had received absolutely no communication from them so I called again. I was told someone would call me the next day, and the call never came. I called back and was told that the diamond I ordered for my ring must have been a mistake, because they couldn't get it at that price. They then said my options were to 1) accept the lower quality, 2) pay a higher price or 3) cancel the order. There were no other options, and no apologies.
I ordered the ring based on positive reviews I found on the Internet. It was supposed to be offered to my girlfriend as an engagement ring on our first transcontinental vacation together. I chose the lower quality stone, but the salesperson didn't seem to sure that it would be here before the date we leave for vacation (which would be a month from when the order was originally placed).
They never notified me of any problems in any way. I had to call several times to get information. Had I not called them, I have no idea what they would have done with my money or if they would have ever notified me.
The still have not apologized.
Maybe my experience was an isolated case, but hopefully it will serve as a warning to anyone considering doing business with this company. "

I then tried calling and have been trying everyday since then (and emailing). I have received absolutely NO response from them. I have no idea about the status of my order...if it was cancelled...or what happened. Does anyone know how to get in touch with an actual person? I've tried every extension (and tried guessing some) in order to find a human being that works for this company. I've left voice messages and emails. I'm at a total loss here. Any suggestions??
