"When I read all the reviews for this company, I was really scared and wanted to cancel my order. I'm very glad I did not, however. They sent everything speedily and in detail. I ordered the Rift model for my fiance, which contains no diamonds (which many reviews have complained about problems with them). It arrived in only 5 days, and I got confirmation and tracking numbers the next morning after my purchase. It's a perfect ring!"

"I would definitely NOT recommend this company. I heard about it from a friend, who made an order and said everything was fine but unfortunately this was not my case. I ordered a ring on 5th of December. On the 22nd, when I didnt get anything, I wrote them. I got a reply saying my credit card payment did not come through. I checked and everything went through the same day. I wrote back to T.E. 2 days later a reply came, saying they are sorry and they re shipping my ring express. Today is the 10th of January and I still havent got my ring. I rang them about million times, emailed them and there was NO reply. I had no Xmas present, only my anger to deal with. Finally I googled a number for the main office (everyone - this is big help - the number is 00-1-***-***-****). A lady answered straight away to tell me the person dealing with my order was not in the office. I nean excuse me...
Still waiting for my ring, wish me luck, I have a feeling I might need it. Will definitely never order anything ever again.

"My fiancee ordered my engagement ring in April 2008, and it showed up within 11 days, exactly as he ordered. I was so happy with the unique designs of this store.

In August 2009, we ordered our wedding bands from this company, so everything matched. I received 3 confirmation emails from them, indicating the order had been placed, and I will receive my parcel within 13 business days. It is now 20 business days later, and I have not heard from the company to tell me why my rings are late.

I tried calling them several times, both their 800 number and their local number. Several times, the phone just rang and rang, and then a recording came on to say that "your party is not answering, please try again later." I found it odd that there wasn't even a recording indicating what company I was calling, or their open office hours.

I tried submitted a contact through their website, but every time I tried, the page would change and say an error has occurred, please try again later.

I tried calling a few more times today, September 23rd, 9 days from my wedding date. And finally got in touch with someone!

She informed me that they had ordered the black diamonds for my ring from "far away" and when the original ones came in, they were bad quality, so they had sent the black diamonds back, and were ordering new ones. She told me that I should have my rings by next week. I told her our wedding date, and asked that she please hurry. She said she would express mail the rings to me.

I'm happy to know that they are committed to quality in their rings, and appreciate the fact that they ordered new stones, but an update in the form of an e-mail or phone call would have been nice. We ordered the rings well in advance, thinking we would have service similar to our first order, but that hasn't been the case. I will think twice before ordering from this site again.

"After reading the reviews on this site, I became nervous about my order and considered cancelling, but thought I would wait to see for myself.

I ordered my rings on Sunday, July 26th, 2009, and received the payment receipt right away. I received the order confirmation the next morning stating that the rings should arrive within 15 business days. The rings arrived today, August 3, 2009, only 5 business days from the time I ordered!

I chose the "Serenity" set. The rings look fantastic, the design on the wedding band is perfect, and the stone on the engagement ring looks great and the setting seems secure.

The only semi-negative is my fault, as I should have gone with the .5 ct rather than the .75 as the stone is a little larger than I would have liked.

It's terrible that so many people have had bad experiences with their orders, but I'm so glad I did not cancel mine based on what I read. I am very pleased with my purchase, and based on my personal experience would recommend or make future purchases from Titanium Era.

"I purchased a 3-year anniversary present for my wife, 4-prong set black ruby on a titanium band. (Forget the exact model). A little over a year later the entire setting broke off from the band.

Prior to this, I'd never had a bad experience with them and figured "A lifetime warranty is just that, and that's what I like about this company." My email went unreturned a week ago so I called this morning. When asked about how it had happened I told them probably while reaching into her pocket, as that's where we found the setting. To my utter amazement I was told "Well, that's not our fault." Rather handily I replied "You are aware that rings go on fingers, yes? Those are on hands and occasionally hands get put there."

So they went to plan B saying "Well, it wouldn't be the workmanship or it would have happened right away." I then reiterated that, unless specified otherwise, the "Lifetime" of "Lifetime Warranty" is the the owners, not a pet turtle of their choosing.

Undeflated, they moved right into plan C! "The setting isn't actually titanium, it's white gold. Our warranty is for titanium products."

By this point I had more than my fill of badly garbled French-English and explained that this product was not abused, nor did it experience any treatment beyond the normal scope of the human hand. I am merely asking them to honor a warranty they themselves advertise without any of these slippery, seemingly improvised caveats, to no avail.

This is now an issue with the Better Business Bureau, a local jeweler with experience in titanium settings and anyone else who'll listen.

If you didn't yet have a reason to form your own personal dislike of French Canadians, I strongly urge you to purchase a Titanium Era product and then try to get them to honor their warranty.

"This is a horrible company. I ordered my wedding rings from then in January and has been a horrible experience ever since. The shipping was late, the rings were shipped in little ziplock "dime" baggies, and I have serious doubts they were actually titanium. I have been trying to contact them (as has my credit card company) ever since without any luck. They do not respond to email or phone calls.

The rings were pathetic (consider yourself lucky if you *haven't* received yours). I purchased titanium rings from a local company that claims to be of the same quality and grade. By comparing these rings, I have serious doubt Titanium Era actually sent me titanium. The rings were extremely thin and cheap looking and feeling. They also appeared to tarnish like tin. Overall, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

"I ordered some cuff links last december, and was extremely pleased. So pleased that I decided to order a wedding band from them also. "I previously ordered from Titanium Era and we had some problems, but they dealt with them. I had heard some minor grumblings on the Internet about bad quality and bad service, but I tried to ignore it because I really liked the look of the rings. My engagement ring broke in 2 hours, the stone fell out of the setting. The company exchanged the item for a band and I was happy with the resolution, but disappointed in the quality of the first ring. At this point I should have ended my relationship with the company. Big mistake.

I ordered the Polaris ring on January 1, 2009. It arrived with the center stone not the correct size and it was not made to my specification; the center stone immediately fell out. I received the items on 1/20. I sent them back on 1/26. I made multiple attempts to contact the company and they never responded to emails or to phone calls. As of today, 3/24 I have filed a dispute with my bank to recover the cost of the damaged and incorrectly made ring. There is a reason the stones are falling out; it is poor workmanship and bad quality. I have had two rings with this problem now.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a merchant. I like the concept, but save yourself the stress, anxiety, and total disappoinment and order elsewhere. Terrible experience. The bad reviews reflect the service and the quality.

"I have previously ordered a ring from this company in November 2008 and it was a great experience. I was able to call and a person would answer the phone, my ring got here quickly despite the holiday delay and I love the ring, it's beautiful.

I next ordered two wedding rings from this company Jan. 13 2009, it is now Feb. 19th and no word from the company. My wedding is this weekend and we have no rings, but our credit card got charged! I am going to the bank today to file a charge dispute and try to get my money back that way since they will not return emails, voicemail or even faxes. maybe seeing a payment reversal will encourage them to contact me.

"We had to cancel our order from Titanium Era as there was no communication on the status of our ring. After a week of not hearing anything after multiple emails were sent and not receiving anything back to even acknowledge any of the questions we had regarding our order, I canceled my CC before it got charged. I was worried that I would be billed without a ring to show for it. Communication is key especially on something that cost over a grand and there was none.

Beware of anyone ordering from this site as they don't answer the phones or emails and looks to be on the verge of going out of business.

"This was the worst experience I've had online. EVER.

I ordered 12/22/08 and was confused by the fact that I wasn't taken to a paypal merchant login like most online companies do these days. I figured it was no big deal and emailed them on 12/24 requesting an invoice. I didn't expect a response until after Christmas, but they sent one saying I'd receive an invoice later that night. I received on on 12/29. No big deal, I thought, the rings have a ship time of 2 weeks max so I should get them soon. Oh how wrong I was.

I called around 1/3/09 to ask about the shipping date and I was told my ring was done and they were finishing up my fiancee's ring. The second time I called around 1/12 they said they had screwed up his ring and had to remake it. Each time I called they told me they would ship it out within two days and that I would get a tracking number.

After 3 emails and at least 12 calls with no answer I left a few very angry voicemails on their phone system in late January. To which I got a response within a few hours. Apparently this time my fiancee's ring was done, but they were waiting on my stone. My ring, which they told me a month ago was already done. They then told me that they would ship the rings on Thursday.

To my surprise they actually did ship them. Still didn't get a tracking number, but I had my rings right? Nope. A month and a half later I finally get the rings and find out they're made incorrectly. The stone on my ring digs into my finger, which comes as a shock seeing as the only thing I got customized was an engraving... the stone size was left at their website's standard. And my fiancee's ring had the wrong symbol engraved on it.

The single most ironic part? The wrong symbol was still engraved incorrectly. There's a gap where it looks like the engraver wobbled a bit, but they packed it up and shipped it anyway. I've seen better done rings at Walmart. I have left yet another angry voicemail, demanding that they remake the rings, but given their wonderful shipping times, I doubt they'll make it in time for the wedding at the beginning of March.

I've heard they used to be great. Trust me, they're not anymore. My next stop is the BBB, and I suggest everyone else that has had issues with Titaniumera do the same.

"I have ordered from Titanium Era two wedding rings
on 2002 and order was perfect.

Ordered one ring and necklace on 2006, also perfect.

Just ordered new necklace just around xmas
2008, and have not yet been able to get a reply
or answer to my emails.

They have info on their site:
"Since January 14th, we have experienced severe technical problems with our phone system. For immediate assistance, Please e-mail us at sales @ titaniumera.com. Thank you for your understanding."

However, not an single reply, and i have tried from few addresses, including the one i got in the order. Makes me wonder what has happened?

Its really a shame for such a good company with good service on many years earlier.

I will contact my credit card company, if im not contacted on next week.

EDIT: 16th february 2009: Received my order today and it was what i ordered, so only thing now that im not satisfied is that they didnt answer my emails. Other than that, everything was ok. I didnt try to call them.
