"I work long hours, therefore my wife has to be the one taking our vehicles into the store. The manager and all the employees treat her with respect and give her truthful and reliable information. We have been to other places in the area where this is not the case, they see my wife and try to convince her that things that don't need fixing need work. Fortunately for us my wife keeps records and knows better, in the many years we have gone to Tire Warehouse this hasn't happened. The employees have been very polite and personable. They are very good about taking me in without an appointment, and get the job done in a fast and friendly way. "I purchased a set of Goodyear Wrangler tires for my fathers 09 Chevy 2500 HD pickup, price was great plus a rebate. They were easy to work with and set up a time for my father to stop by and have the tires mounted and installed. My father stopped in when it was convenient for him and they installed the new tires, performed a front end alignment and was on his way, great. The only issue I have is when I saw him a few weeks later the blue protective coating was still on the raised white lettering. My father is 80 years old and figured the coating would just wear off, it does not. So now I try to scrub the blue coating off and it does not come off, just paid over $1100.00 dollars for the tires and now have blue raised lettering. The installer should have rinsed the protective coating off once the tires were installed on the vehicle and not let him leave with it on. I have purchased tires hear in the past and the installer has taken the time to remove the protective coating so that the raised white lettering would stand out. If more emphasis on attention to detail could be taken that would be great.

"There are seven different stores to buy tires from in Skowhegan, but this is the place to go for predictable, dependable tires and service! I moved to Maine from Long Island, NY. My previous tires were acting like banana peels on the snow! The manager explained the difference in the tires grooves and recommended one, that releases the snow as it rolls. He also explained studded tires and the regulations reguarding them. He recommended their roadside assistance, so that I would never feel alone, if anything were to happen. They put me at ease that first day and I rest easy now, knowing that they have me covered."
