"I would reply back to Tire Warehouse's Rep IF they bothered to send a personalized message; however, since they have the same canned response to each poor review they receive, I will air my grievances for all to see. 1. An employee at your Hooksett store felt my car was taking up too much room in the bay, so he came into the waiting area and asked who owns this car; when I said "me", he yelled at me in front of everyone else there. 2. Your stores are filthy. I understand it's the nature of the business, but they could at least try to clean up the dust and dirt. 3. When I make an appointment for a specific time, I expect to be assisted at that time. I brought my car in for an early-morning Saturday appointment and was told that there were other customers ahead of me and I would have to wait. 4. During switch-out of tires, they never changed out the grommet kit, which caused one of my tires to constantly run low. Each time I brought it back, they said the rubber piece was dried out, but they tightened it and said it should be okay. This went on for over a year, winter tires to summer tires and back again, until I switched to the Concord store when I unknowingly drove to work on an almost-flat tire and had to put FOUR NEW SNOW TIRES on because that one tire was destroyed and instead of replacing only the front tires, the guy gave me a good price to replace all of them, changing out all 4 grommet kits. Since then, I've had no issues with the tires losing air. 5. At my most recent visit to the Concord store, the TV in the waiting area was on Animal Planet, and the remote was nowhere to be found, so I was stuck watching a very disturbing episode of "Pitbulls and Parolees". When the employee went outside with another customer, I shut the TV off, only to have him walk back in and turn it right back on. I asked him if he could change the channel and he told me no, this is the only channel we get. THE SUM TOTAL OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH TIRE WAREHOUSE: Women are not given the same respect that men receive, and their employees all need to be trained in customer service techniques. **AND I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER COMPANY**"

"Bought tires online at a very busy time of year but was willing to leave car....go to store to have them installed.....don't have what I paid for. Try to give me a "comp" that looks like it's for a Yugos not a jeep. After long discussion my tires a are found at another store. Wish it ended there....back in a few days later because a tire is going slack. Put air in and sent me on my way....back in a few days later....with a flat. Come to find out it was a valve stem issue. Store seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. "

We got there and got excellent service.We ended up buying new tires all around.( all wheel drive). We were back on the road within an hour. Great job. I have been using Tire Warehouse for over 20 years. Best prices and best service."

"Will NEVER go there again!! I had an appointment to change summer to winter tires. These tires were on different rims. Manager said thought we were breaking them down tires I will have ya right out. 10 min later all done no charge! awesome I'm happy till I find out he put them on the wrong direction! Each tire was marked as to its location on removal. They were studded tires so rode little rough! After winter was over change back to find out this PROBLEM. Seems it tears up front end parts omong other issues! Had no receipt so IT NEVER HAPPENED AS THEY SAID !!!!! NOTHING IS FREE!!!! "
