Where’s my shoes!!

"I ordered the shoes, they took the money out of my account but never sent the shoes. I received a email with a tracking number saying that they were on the way. When I try to track the shoes, the shipper says as soon as we get the package we’ll let you know when they’ll be delivered. Ten days later the shipper still hasn’t gotten the shoes. I’ve spoken the customer service twice, and they keep telling me that the shipper is delayed. The problem with that is, I worked for the shipper and it doesn’t work like that. If they had the package, it would have at least one scan. I probably should have read the reviews first, but you would think that a company with a name like Timbaland would have better customer service. They or my money, I want my shoes. "

DON'T BUY ON LINE!

"TIMBERLAND!.Please DO NOT BUY ON LINE!

Bought a gift for Christmas on Black Friday with the possibility of making the return by January 10. Unfortunatly I needed a size chante and i had to return the package and make a new order at full price with a difference of 200 euros. (leather jacket paid at 299 during black friday - full price 499). because timberland does not provide the possibility to replace the size or to buy the same item at the same price as the black friday! The costumer care offered me a15% discount code on the purchase of a new item ... and so I had to buy the same item again by spending 125 euros more and should I also thank ?! NEVER AGAIN!

Bought shoes on Black Friday and never received

"Though the money was returned, I wasted my time buying and chatting with customer service. They either never delivered my stuff or the delivery is so terrible. They even suggested me to check garbage places? Who the hell deliver shoes to garbage bins? "

This company has no values

"As I read through the reviews I do see that I am not the only individual having so many issues with obtaining a refund after shipping back my order well over 30 days ago. I wish I could've given negative stars. When corresponding with csr's regarding a refund, you never get the same person you initially corresponded with. i've corresponded with Michael W, Ben N & Krystal B. Let's speak of the pre-generated shipping labels. Now here's the dousy!!!! People please right down the tracking number of "this company's pre-generated labels" That's exactly how they bamboozled me. I failed to right down the tracking number and that was my fault. Due to this error the csr's state my merchandise has never arrived. I get the gimmick.... their going to make money off the "lost merchandise twice" there's no doubt my merchandise has arrived and has probably already been re-sold. Due to the spirtual drainage and frustration I can no longer correspond with these crumb snatchers at Timberland. I however filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau an d will entrust them to handle. Can you believe Timberland is BBB accredited. All of the calamity in the world!!!!"

This is a cheap piece of overpriced garbage. Used to mean something before.

"Only good for a few months. Do NOT waste your money. Buy any other brand boot with leather upper. They know the shoes are only good for 12 months or less. You have to hang on to the receipt for with your dear life to get a repair or replacement. My son's insole came apart and now we're told the company will not do anything unless we have a purchase receipt. If they did stand behind their name, they would take care of defect and fix the issue permanently, and not expect for the shoe to break in 12 months."

Horrible customer service. Its hard to get refund and take so long

"I ordered from Timberland website and got shoes then doesn’t fit. Timberland shoes size not the same other product and quality is so different btw website.
Anyway, I return on 6/23 via USPS and still get refund till today 7/16.
Timberland refund processing take so long and hard.
They came with USPS return label but they transfer to FEDEX later.
So return good arrived total 2weeks needs to timberland warehouse.
I found with customer service return goods arrived 7/8

Return policy, once get return goods will send refund issue email.
So i didn't get email till 7/16
I called customer and. They need to verify credit card holder (my husband card).
I was complaining about why didnt refund process yet they got goods and already past business day 7days.
They hung up me cuz im not card holder.
Great!!!! I WILL NOT SHOPPING EVER AGAIN TIMBERLAND.

Timberland Still Owe Me Nearly 1000 Pounds After 6 Months

"Last November, I placed an order with Timberland for10 pairs of shoes, which were on sale. The order total was about 1200 GBP. I intended to keep several pairs and then send the rest back, depending on fit etc.

This order was then broken up into several shipments, only one of which I received. This shipment contained one pair of shoes. Two others were returned to Timberland after unsuccessful delivery attempts and I was refunded about 200 Pounds.

However, the remaining 7 pairs were never delivered to me, and I never received a refund, either. I only realized this after a few months when checking my credit card statements.

I then contacted Timberland and was asked to fill out a form stating that I had not received the items. I filled it out and sent it back as quickly as possible and was then reassured that I'd get a refund. It has been 2 months since then, and after several more emails and phone calls, I still have received nothing.

Every time I call, I am assured that my case has been escalated to management and I should get my refund within a few days and also receive a call back the same day, none of which has EVER happened.

Not only is this blatant theft, but I've also experienced some of the poorest customer support I've ever seen. I think it's extremely rude to repeatedly promise a customer updates and progress, when none of that is every forthcoming.

As of right now, Timberland still owes me about 900 GBP, which is not a trivial amount of money by any means. I'm posting these reviews in the hope that it helps others avoid the same problems.

I'd give 0 Stars if I could.

Update: As of right now, they claim that a refund has finally been issued and should appear back on my credit card within 10 working days. I will update this space.

Horrible

"Bought a pair in march 2018 and in may of 2019 they fell apart. The cushions on the top and the inner liners and padding fell apart so bad it hurt my feet. I would not recommend to anyone!!. for the price that I spent they should last much much longer that 2 months. I brought them back to the store and was informed by the store associate that this happens all the time and I have to pay to send them back to timberland and it could take 3-4 weeks to get a response. This is ridiculous!!!. "

Expensive Crap. Poor Customer Service. Made in Asia.

"I purchased a pair of Timberland boots in size 10.5 as I normally wear either size 10 or 10.5. The right shoe was too small.

I then purchased a second pair of the same boots in size 11. The right boot fit well, but the left boot was too large. My feet measure the same size.

So, I measured the boots. The right boot was 1/4” smaller than the left on both pairs.

I then called Timberland customer service. Their solution was the ship the boots to them for warranty service. If they believed a shoe was sized improperly, they would send me a new one. They also advised me that it would not be a timely process.

The boots are sloppily made in Asia, and that becomes the problem of the customer. Don’t be fooled about a US company that sells foreign products. Why pay more for a foreign product just because the company is based in the US.

My suggestion to Timberland:
Even if you want to overprice your foreign goods, sell them like other companies who charge less...Listen to the customer, apologize for their inconvenience, and express ship them a replacement to minimize the damage you caused. If you want the poorly made shoe back in order to resell it, include a return shipping label for the customer to assist you in inflicting pain on your next customer.

Note: I purchased both pairs of boots from a brick-and-mortar retail store, so the Invoice# will not match one ordered on Timberland’s website.

Was disappointed!

"Yes, they look good, but not so great as on the picture. Sizing is very confusing (in comparison with other famous brands). 10 US is actually 11 US. But the main con is that they are very uncomfortable (jumping, running, long walking). Would not buy again. Product is Timberland 6 inch premium black (Man). Gift."

The second time

"So I bought shoes, they feel apart within a month, I returned them and they wouldn’t refund all of my money. They can only refund you a gift card with your money. Since I bought them from journeys who charged me more than timberlands sell them for. So now I’m $20 short. So I saved it till Black Friday to get the most for my money, right. My order came in yesterday and the socks I ordered look like they’re supposed to be for a child, and they came with a whole. I mean I get it’s just a whole but come on people "

Anything less than a 1 star

"Terri Marisa and Alex that work for timberland are a joke I bought a pair of timberland shoes they fell apart after wearing them for 2 months I sent them to timberland they agreed they were defected and sent me a new pair got the new pair and because I bought a new pair of shoes I haven't worn them for quite a while. So when I started wearing them the front and back sole came off so I called timberland spoke with terry via email and phone and states you need to send the shoes back to us to inspect and originally wanted me to pay to send them back when I new what the results were going to be so she saw I was upset and sent me a prepaid FedEx postage to put on the box great thanks terri for nothing!!!!!!!!!! So it gets even better they make 3 attempts to deliver the package to my house when I'm not home cause it requires a signature cause there sending me my original shoes but when they sent me the new ones no signature required. So I then called timberland when I received my old shoes back and spoke with Marisa who did not have a clue to what she was talking about on hold for an hr to find out she's going back and forth talking to Terri so I said your talking to Terri she's going through our emails but can't get on the phone with me and she states no I told Marisa Terri and I have talked before and she should be able to talk to me and she says sorry she can't and won't totally unprossional so my opinion to everyone out there Don't shop timberland customer service negative zero"
