The only drawback I had was the length of time it took to get the order in. I ordered it on 11/21 and the label to go out of your warehouse wasn't created until 11/27. I expected it to be late delivery for her birthday (11/23) but to take as long as it did was sort of disappointing. It delivered on the 1st (five days from label, but 11 days from order date.
