Tickets center don't answer your emails, chat didn't resolve the issue (automatic service) and on the phone, the assistant couldnt give me an answer and he couldn't provide the tickets. Just keep waiting!

"I purchased tickets to see the Gaithers in Colorado. I was taking my 90 year old mother. The ticket noted $79.75 per ticket. Seeing that general admission was $24.75, I thought I was getting good seats. I was charged $211. Based on $79.75 each, that didn't seem out of line. When I downloaded the tickets, they note general admission and the cost of $24.75. I feel this is a bait and switch and a rip-off. I will never purchase through Ticket-Center again and have also reached out to the Gaither organization."
