"The first order on this site was successful. But on the second parcel instead of my name, it was indicated "????? ?????" and I couldn't receiveit. I wrote to support, they told me that they would figure it out. But six months have passed, and when I asked them again, support answered that the return isn't their priority. Later, I ordered a book, but it never arrived.
Separately It is worth mentioning that the site does not allow you to directly select the delivery service but only its type. I chose not the cheapest one, but they send me packages with the worst and most unreliable delivery service which Tracking Number doesn't work.
P.S. You may have seen my review on another site, I am so angry I will leave it on every testimonial site I find."

"shipping faq gives no indication that you can see a shipping estimate for preorders, instead it forces you to pick a vague shipping type. Allows them to overcharge like hell for shipping. 13$ shipping for a 4$ comic, and that's the 2nd cheapest option out of around 5 options. Even if you don't live anywhere near a comic store, I suggest you calculate if gas for a trip costs less than the ridiculous shipping."

"I ordered marvel action 11 based on the side by side pictures on theyre site was super excited to receive my books today go to the store to pick them up to find the other cover that i didn't pick and when I called to see if they could fix they where sold out and it was my fault for using the pictures to choose my book and not reading and figuring out which cover is A or B ive given hundreds of dollars to this store and the best he could do was refund my money on theyre **** websites mess up. I asked for a discount on my next order for having me skip lunch at work and drive across town and waste gas and he said no so I will never shop with them again. "

"Great website. Tons of merchandise and the interface is clean and not cluttered. They have a very good Power Search option too. They offer board & bags ... for a quarter. Yes!! I mean just offering board & bags in the first place is astounding. Even my local comic shops rarely do that anymore.

I say to these local shops, "Hey, all the corners are scuffed or torn sitting on your shelf loose like this." and the employees of these shops just look at me like I'm crazy and/or shrug their shoulders.

I will be buying all of my comics and paper back collections from TfAW from now on!!"

"I preordered a hardcover copy of berserk 5 months in advance with amazon. They failed to deliver. I tried with book despository and was failed even further. I placed one order with TFAW after release when nowhere in the UK had any titles left and certain places were lying to me, claiming it hadn't even been published. Within days (it was the weekend) my order had been fulfilled and it was on it's way. It arrived within the agreed upon time, it was shipped like they'd mailed me their first born and THAT ladies and gentlemen is why 1. my copy of berserk is sitting looking gorgeous on my shelf and 2. I've pre-ordered the other 2 available with TFAW.

I can't kiss their **** enough... they came through when other companies had given me nothing but absolute strife (and taken my money without shipping said item!).

Others here have mentioned their easily navigable website and I gotta agree... It's evident someone took the time to make a site and run it with the customer in mind and package their goods how THEY'D want to receive them.

First rate, top notch and so forth, TFAW is now my go to. They've earned it. It costs me extra as I live in Europe (the shipping is reasonable tbh!) but I will GLADLY pay for the service as THAT'S the difference maker.
