"I am very pleased with the overall look and quality of the shutters I received. I was not too pleased with the hinges. They were inadequate to properly attach to the Window openings. I felt they were not wide enough. I was also not pleased with the tiny screws provided to attach the shutters to the wall. I had to purchase my own screws long enough to pass through the sheet rock to grab the wood underneath. Other than the hinges and screws, I'm pleased with the look of my shutters. "

"We have ordered two sets of shutters. One set was stained wood (kitchen/den) and the other was a white paint finish (master bedroom). We are very satisfied with the quality of the shutters and the relative ease of installation. We were very careful on measurements which made the shutters fit very nicely including an arch. Cost versus a local quote was significantly better. Note that the shutters will not be perfect and do require some adjustments on the hinges. After doing a few of them, you will get the hang of it however. I am not handy, repeat, not handy either. Lastly, the customer service from the folks in Las Vegas (Jeremiah and Kenneth) was very timely and helpful. "
