"I recently placed an order with this company. Unfortunately, I found this site after the fact. After hearing nothing from them within a week, I contacted them. Emailed them twice and called them three times. Never received any answer from their posted number. They never returned my voicemails either. FINALLY, they replied to my emails, and stated that my item was "out of stock" and that the next week, they would get more. Why was I never notified? I'm still waiting to see how this turns out. I did enough nagging and complaining, and I received another phone number for contact. You may contact them at this following "updated" number: ***-***-****.

"Ordered multiple items off this stores eBay presence on 6 JAN 2005. So far no communication even though auction says will ship within 1-2 days and an email confirmation will arrive. Wish I checked this site earlier. Call to ***-***-**** went straight to voicemail, several emails to multiple addresses have had no reply. User feedback on eBay is pretty good, not sure what is going on with my order. Will leave negative feedback on eBay directing people to this site so they will know the danger.

"ok,
Im glad I found this website. First, made and order from this website www.thermalmaster.com I noticed I chose the wrong order so I sent them email telling them to cancel order. Well I contacted all of their email accounts. I ended up getting Email Delivery Error Messages. I found it very odd for that to happen. So I contacted my Bank last night and have them lock my account for any transactions done to my account Via ThermalsMasters, Inc. or for a charge of $196.62.
Second, I contacted www.ThermalTake.com asking them to remove the Vendor ThermalMasters, Inc. from their vendor list. So that no one else could be mistakenly taken to this website and screwed over.
Third, Legal action will be taken to remove this website and/or getting this bad people from stealing other peoples money.

"Absolutely the WORST online compant I have ever dealt with. Orders apparently are taken but never sent. Boy I wish I had read all these reviews first. I have sent dozens of e-mails to all the differnt accounts and have had every one bounce back as 552 error" mailbox full" etc... It appears that the account is a hotmail mailbox. So obviously not a well run corporation. Personally I would like to string them up if I could but hey.... Anyway NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE"

"I paced an order for (2) Thermaltake case fans with cool-mods. I recieved verification of my order showing both fans listed at 12.99 ea. plus shipping was in the $34.00 range. I received the shipment a few days later with only one fan in the box, and no papaerwork. I tried contacting this company six seperate times since and found their hotmail addresses not working. There are no phone numbers on their web site and they are still functioning as a business obviously screwing everybody they can. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY (THERMALMASTERS.COM). I am cancelling there credit card charge to fight it. "

"I ordered a CCL and a processor cooler on May 18, 2003. I received an order confirmation on that same day. The order confirmation stated that I would receive a shipping confirmation. Today is AUG 30, 2003 and I have yet to receive the shipping confirmation. My credit card was billed less than 10 days after I placed the order. Numerous e-mails were sent with only one reply. The reply stated that they (thermalmasters inc.) "will look into this matter." Still, I have not recieved my order or any type shipping confirmation. I will never order anything from this company again."

"I've placed an order wit hthe above company on April 16, 2003 for a computer case and some accessories, on their web site they claimed that the merchandise usually be shiped the next business day and that was the reason I ordered from them. Today is April 23rd, 2003 I still haven't got the merchandise or any response on what is holding the shipment, now I wonder if they are a legitimate bussiness because no matter what time you call their web site number ***-***-****, all you get is a message saying "sorry to have missed your call and please leave a message, thank you". I've left them messages and sent them emails for the last few days and so far nothing come out from them.

"I ordered on the 25 of Febuary, They finally answered on the 7 of March that they had my order and thaey would be shipping it out on the 11 of march. Have never heard from them again. After 15 emails and call to a answering machine I think I'm out of my money. I will never again purchase from them, and will tell everybody I can that these guys are theves.

UPDATE! I finally got intouch with these guys. he said there order was held back by costums. I told him I wanted my money back and that I went to the BBB and federal Trade Comission. 4 days later my case was home, brand new factory original. End of oddysey 3-24-2003, 28 days later. Be your own judge!

"Ordered multiple case fans, multiple cold cathodes, and multiple round cable.
Order shipped out in about 4 days (a little slow) and arrived 8 days later VIA UPS Ground (UPS was 2 days late, not ThermalMasters fault) Items were well packaged and work fine.
The case fans were not what I had ordered (UV instead of LED), they offered to let me return them or refund the difference of the fan prices. I ended up just re-ordering the LED fans, as I can use the UV fans, and they discounted my bill for the difference of the fan prices.
Takes an average of about 36 hours to respond to Emails...
I would order again, but not for time-senstitive items.

"I ordered the Thermaltake II Xaser (black) case from these guys on Wed, 29 Jan 2003. I then waited for 2 days for my Shipping confirmation email to be sent to me but I still have not received it even though my bank account has been charged. I then sent off an email to ****@**** requesting that my order be cancelled and my account be fully credited. But as expected I still have not heard from these jerks. I then waited another 24 hours and sent them off another email, this time to ****@****. But like this first email, this one to has gone unanswered.

So basically I am screwed! They never shipped the product, they never sent me any shipping confirmation details, they have not responded to any of my emails requesting that my order be cancelled. I have contacted yahoo customer care in the hopes they will be able to provide some assistance but in all reality, I really doubt they will do anything.

I can only say now that I wish to GOD I had found this reseller review site sooner. If I had I would have read other peoples tragic experiences with these guys and never would have purchased anything through thermalmasters. These guys are a total joke and it has become clear that they are just out to scam people out of there money.

"Ordered thermaltake xaserII computer case which came in damaged from the factory(door hinges) got an RMA number from thermalmasters, sent in defective case and haven't heard from them since(Nov5th) emailed at least 15 times called and left messages nothing, ended up turning them into the FTC and Internet Fraud panel also made a complaint with the Better business bureau of California, someone has got to do something about this company, I found out through the internet that they have moved from one town to another and changed their address to a PO box,I feel really robbed,I am out 188.00 because I also paid to ship the RMA back to them, its company's like this that give internet shopping a bad name, listen out there if you are a serious gammer or tech hound go somewhere else to buy , you don't want to go through this experiance believe me and to top it off the better business bureau can't even contact this company!!
UPDATE:
Here it is January 2,2003 and I have my NEW xaser II case setting beside me all modded out, I originally sent the broken case to them on NOV 5,2002 so my persistance and patience paid off, I would like to thank the BBB of Southern California and the FTC in Washington for helping me get this resolved, by the way Thermaltake has updated the case with differant hinges and that is not an issue any more.
From now on when I buy I am coming here first to read what REAL people say.
Finally I can call this deal CLOSED. Original order was OCT 2,2002 Deal Closed Jan 2,2003

"Placed an order for rounded cables and a case window with this company on 11/11/02 and did not receive any sort of inital order confirmation via e-mail. After waiting over 1 1/2 weeks I sent an e-mail and received no answer. Now I've tried calling them 2 weeks since the order has been placed and get some sort of cell phone voice mail. Still no word from them. I won't be ordering from them again for sure. Do yourself a favor and find another vendor if you're considering them.

Addendum: Over 3 weeks after I placed the order I received an e-mail saying a family emergency occurred and that they would ship the items. Since I'd already ordered this same item from someone else I promptly called them and canceled the order. Today (12/6/02) I receive an e-mail saying the order has shipped with a tracking number. When I try to call them I get a cell phone voice mail. These guys are THE WORST. I will be refusing delivery on this item and contacting my credit card company.
