"For a company that likes to boast on their website that they ship within 24 hours, it took 5 days for them to ship my order. When it finally did arrive 11 days later, the order was incomplete and the one piece of the order that did arrive (Thermaltake Volcano 9) had been drop shipped from Thermaltake themselves and was clearly NOT a brand new unit!!! So far I have made 3 phone calls and 2 e-mail's with no response from them yet. I'm one person who will not be ordering from them again."
"Ordered on 7.19.02, said they shipped on same day but they shipped out on 7.24.02, sent them a few emails cursing them off, so they shipped 2-day (i selected ground), it came on 7.29.02. 10 days!"
