"The worst ever
I do not recommend this company at all.
I ordered originally an original charger for Nikon 3200, I received a call that this charger was out of stock but that they could send me a Nikon MH24 Quick Charger. 1) this charger is not a Nikon brand, 2 the charger does not work, 3) I was given this charger for the same price as the original Nikon charger and the next thing I know they are charging me 7 dlls additional.. 4) I sent an email explaining what happened and they tell me that I have to call, I had to leave unfortunately out of the country and left it pending for when I came back. I call and all I was told is that they could not do anything and they just sent me a return label to send to the manufacturer this is just not right because I had sent an email explaining my issue within a week . just not right.... I am so disappointed at this company and their service.

"Yikes. My experience with TheEstoreOnline has been brief, but terrible. I ordered a Canon flash from this place, because it was the cheapest I could find it online. (About $80 cheaper). I selected standard 5-7 day shipping. When it did not come in that amount of time, I looked into their order policies and found that they also have a processing time of 1-3 days in addition to shipping. Fine. I had placed my order 2 weeks ahead of when I needed the flash to shoot a wedding. The shipping confirmation email stated the latest I would get my order was Friday (day before wedding), so I saw no need to change anything or get the flash from someplace else. My order did not arrive on Friday, so I didn't have what I needed for the job. I emailed customer service to express my disappointment and request some kind of refund (of the shipping amount at the very least). I received a phone call from customer service and the man who called me was incredibly aggressive - interrupting me as I tried to explain the issue and nearly yelling at me on the phone. He said he wouldn't refund me anything, I should be glad I got the product cheaper than anyplace else and that even though the shipping time took longer than their policy stated, it was my own fault. I was not complaining about the price - I was complaining about a failure to receive my order in the time allotted by their policies. He was abrasive and rude and seemed to be taking something out on me when I was just asking a completely fair question. I've never been treated worse by a "customer service" representative in my life. These guys have service issues. Don't order from them. You're seriously better off paying full price on these kinds of products from Amazon or something. After reading other dissatisfied customer reviews, and more importantly, TheEstoreOnline's responses, I am not surprised others have been frustrated. These guys are so rude! "

"Just like many of the other reviews I have read I came to the store for a low price on a brand name battery and they called after I placed the order and said it was out of stock and offered an off brand as a replacement. Seems like that is their strategy. I accepted the offer and hope the product they sent works well."

"Ordered rechargeable battery for Nikon camera. Received a call within 15 min. of order stating my choice of battery was on 6 to 8 weeks backorder. Salesman offered to upgrade my order to a better battery at a GREAT reduced cost. Battery arrived within a few days via standard shipping. May possibly be the greatest customer service (time wise) I have ever experienced. Have bookmarked site in my favorites and will use this company again. Tommy Hill, NC."

"I placed an order for a Nikon SB700. I went with overnight shipping for $29.99. It took 6 days to receive the flash and the Post Office was late by a day. I'm am waiting for a refund for the shipping. On the bright side I do like the flash."

"I just received my order of Nikon batteries from TheEStore today. I requested 2-day shipping. Although it was not the store's fault, my shipment was hung up in the postal sorting facility for a number of days... TheEStore graciously credited me for a portion of the shipping charges! They are most pleasant to do business with and they will see me again."

"I ordered an Olympus replacement battery for my Olympus camera but they did not have it in stock. I was notified of this with a personal call and decided not to wait for the backorder. Estore asked me if I would like a more powerful battery with a longer warranty that they did have in stock but I was leery of that so I declined. Estore then offered me a discount and I decided to try it. I am very satisfied with the personal customer support and will return and write a review on the quality of the Power2000 battery replacement for my Olympus LI-12B Lithium battery. As far as the price, this was 29.99 as opposed to the Olympus 19.99, price. And I just saw that the Power2000 battery is only 4.91 on Amazon - http://www.amazon.com/Power2000-Replacement-Rechargeable-Battery-1200mAh/dp/B000094FV3

I sure hope it holds a charge for a long time. If it does, then the price is worth it and the one on Amazon may be a fake.

Oct 5, 2014 - Updated Review: Just as feared, this battery is not holding a charge. I won't shop at this online store again because my experience is mirroring the experience of too many. I should have trusted my instincts and other reviews.

"I needed an item that currently has a six week Backorder. A representative called and offered me an alternate that will meet form, fit, function and features but also comes with a better warranty. It was in the mail to me the same day. I will be ready for my September vacation with no stress about the product arrival. The added cost of under $2 is well worth the piece of mind."

"It doesn't matter that they asked me, I would have even if I didn't know about this review process!
I purchased a camera product from them, it had malfunction issues with it right away after receiving it. I contacted them and they offered to give me a better model instead of just exchanging it for another one of the same make; only for the cost of the shipping, which I consider more than fair. 5 stars to them from me.

"I ordered a Nikon charger yesterday from there site. today I also got a phone call that said my order was on back order for 6-8 weeks. They had already canceled my order online .They proceed to sell me no name/other brands chargers. I argued with them for half an hour. they would not get a word in. finally switched me with manager. he tried the same thing. So I just kept saying over and over to cancel order. finally he canceled it and he hung up. So caution false advertising."
