"The customer service was excellent. I ordered batteries for my Nikon camera that were unavailable. The sales representative reached out to me and made a suggestion that was not only less expensive but superior in the length of the charge! The batteries were so helpful on my recent trip that I contacted Theestoreonline.com to reorder and they replied quickly and handled my recent purchase. Would use them again in the future and highly recommend the products and most especially customer service."

"On 08/05/14 I placed an order for a Sony HVL-F58AM flash as it was the best price I could find. Within a day of ordering I was contacted and told the flash was on backorder and would take 6 weeks to be delivered. The customer service person tried to sell me a lower quality flash, higher profit margin, instead. I told him I was set on the item I ordered and would wait. Today, 9/1/14 I received an email that my money will be refunded yet the item I ordered is still for sale on their site. To date I have not received my money nor items. I would avoid this web site.

Update: 09/05/2014 I received my refund.

"Ordered SB700 Nikon Flash, as this store had the best price for a new one. I was a little nervous after going through the negative reviews online for the estore.
But I received what I ordered and that too at an unbeatable price anywhere online or in stores. So far happy with the purchase and shipping speed. Would definitely come back for the great deals.

"I thought I had found a great deal for a Sony Camera Battery, and I was a little suspicious. I went ahead and placed the order on Sunday (after hours). I get a call on Monday telling me that the product I ordered was "back ordered" until September from Sony even though the website clearly stated that the product what is in stock. Needless to say I got the ole "bait and switch" tactic, they were going to send me an after market battery that they claimed to be a lot better than the Sony battery and had a better warranty. I have yet to receive the battery yet, but needless to say I am going to send it back and wait for Sony's OEM battery."

"I purchased some Canon batteries at theestoreonline for an upcoming trip. I was contacted within 24 hours and notified the batteries were on a national back order. With their knowledgable help, I was able to purchase and receive replacement batteries that were superior and arrived in plenty of time. "As an investigator I'm naturally skeptical about e-stores in general. I diligently read the reviews, compared prices, and asked questions. I ordered a Canon LP-E6 and instead received a "Bower" high capacity replacement instead. This prompted an immediate call to the estoreonline and the customer rep was quick to say the Canon was on backorder. He began explaining the Bower battery had a better warranty and that it was a better battery and asked if I wanted it instead. I do not like mixing multi-brand batteries in my battery grip and was apprehensive but decided to keep it anyway.

Second, I ordered a Canon 600 EX-RT and upon opening the box, all seems OK. It looked new, packaging looked good and the OEM manual was included. I tested the flash and everything worked fine. One minor problem is that I discovered there was no warranty card. I called again and customer rep explained that these flashes are pre-register with Canon.

Customer Service: I initiated a total of three calls to the estoreonline.com number. On each occasion, the rep was courteous and professional and tried to remedy my issue. Aside from brand name items, the most important factor on repeat business is cost and customer service. The estoreonline.com meets or exceeds these standards on both counts. After speaking to Mr. Michael Levins (customer service rep) I felt confident that these folks care about your business and will try to make things right if you/re not satisfied. By the way, shipping integrity was good and the speed of delivery was satisfactory.

"They called right away and let me know that one item was on a national back order and recommended a different product - no delay in delivery or did not leave you hanging like other on line stores.

Also, one wrong item was sent and are sending out replacement immediately. Very good at getting right back with you.

"I ordered a Canon camera battery and Canon battery charger both of which were "In Stock" per the website. WRONG!! I received an e-mail saying they tried to call but could not reack me- could I call them immediately. They did not try to call- I was home and the phone number was and is correct. I called to find out the battery was supposedly backordered for at least 4 to 6 weeks. By the time I was done with the fast talking sales rep, I had spent another $10.00 to get a "better" battery that they had in stock and a cheap-o battery charger "free upgrade" instead of the name brand Canon that I had ordered. Not a good experience- the rep talked a mile-a-minute and it was hard to get a word in edge wise. Customer Service? I think not. More like bait and switch. Leaving for a photo shoot out of country- you take what you can get."

"Did a search for online for the Canon BP-975 Intelligent Lithium-Ion Battery Pack (7800mAh) and theestoreonline.com came up as having them in stock so I ordered at $169.99. A week later I get my package from Vid pro (obviously a drop ship) and on Invoice I see a Power2000 ACD-625 and a generic battery in the box. I call Vid Pro first and they say it is how the order came over to them so I call theestoreonline.com speak to a Michael Stevens (claimed to be manager) who told me that Vid Pro tried to call me and let me know that the Canon battery was out of stock and they sent me a better higher capacity battery. When I informed him I paid $170 for a Canon battery and received a $35 battery he fought back saying "show me where it is $35" so I proceeded to tell him B&H, Adorama, even Amazon and I could send him links to each. (don't believe it google Power2000 ACD-625 yourself which is the battery I received) He proceeded to argue with me that I got a better battery with higher capacity that I had ordered a 7800 mAh and was delivered a 8000mAh battery.. Avoid this company like the plague ended up doing a charge back with my credit card company due to fraud bait and switch. I wish I had done my research here sooner as I see this is a known thing with them."
