"2014 will be the sixth year in a row that I will be doing a spring training camp at The Cycling House in Tucson AZ.As a competitive age-group triathlete I find my week away to be the highlight of my off-season. The benefits I get from camp extend through the year as it gives me the incentive I need to keep up my fitness over the cold winter months. It is such a treat being able to ride in sunny 70 degree temperatures in February . Owen and his staff spoil you with treatment that makes you feel like a pro rider ,right from the moment you are greeted at the Tucson Airport. One of the things that makes the Cycling house experience unique is while other camps are based out of Hotels, the Cycling House accommodates you in a huge luxury home. With all the athletes under one roof it gives you an unlimited opportunity to learn from the pro's on staff, and share info with the other campers. One of the special treats at the house is the quality of the meals. They are amazing & healthy at the same time ! The roads and rides of Tucson include a great assortment of scenery and challenge with the majority being quiet roads with big bike lane shoulders. Owen and his guides have tuned the ride selection over the years to ensure everyone will be pleased. While the ride groups often split in to a couple different paces, you always have a guide close and a support vehicle to look after all your sports nutrition needs on the road.
