"TERRIBLE SERVICE AND PRODUCT QUALITY. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE PHONE CASE, WHICH WAS OUT OF STOCK. PHONE CASE DID NOT FIT MY PHONE. I PAID FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS, AND THE WIRELESS BOYS DEDUCTED SHIPPING CHARGES FROM MY REFUND. THEY HAVE QUITE A RACKET GOING FOR THEM. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID AND ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE DEALT IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS MY ENTIRE LIFE, AND THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATIONS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED."

"I ordered four items from The Wireless Boys. First, the order was rather slow to arrive; I ordered it May 2, and didn't receive it until May 11. When I received my order, one item was missing, and the case I'd ordered didn't fit my phone. I contacted them twice by e-mail, but received no response. I attempted to call their 800-number, but it goes to a recording that tells the customer to contact them on the web. I sent them a briskly-worded e-mail a third and final time, and received back a somewhat rude response telling me to return the case. They didn't offer to exchange it or to send the missing item. I don't know yet if they'll correctly credit me with the missing item, or the returned one once they receive it."

"Very pleased. I ordered an original htc headset and battery for my phone at 2pm tuesday and needed it before going away for thanksgiving sonpaid for next day air and had it at 1020 the following morning. Brand new and delivered as advertised. I did order a cover for my phone Wednesday I was so impressed and just got the shipping email now but I understand they and the carriers were closed wed thurs and Friday for thanksgiving just as my employer was as well. Very pleased and bookmarked them for when I may need cell phone stuff again"

Terrible service. Website must be 79 years old. "In stock. We ship 24-48 hours". Yeah, right... about about 7 days!

AVOID THIS SELLER

On their website they listed the "original" blackberry bold belt clip. Ships in 24 hours.

Both were untrue. No alert was sent. They simply
did not send anything for a month. When they did
send a belt clip, it was a knock off, that is so
tight that it presses on the keys when holstered.

With so many good retailers online, just avoid this one.

"Ordered (3) adapters on 10/27 that we paid Next Day Air to ship as our big boss needed them for a trip on 10/30. They took 3 DAYS to arrive with overnight shipping! And then there was only (1) in the shipment with a "credit" on the invoice for the (2) that didn't arrive. This vendor might be ok if they COMMUNICATED with their customers and let them know if there was a delay or a backorder. We had no idea the last 2 items were still coming as there was nothing on the invoice about a backorder. We received the remainder of the order today. The order was nicely packaged and in nice new condition. The lack of communication with this vendor is the main problem. The product they send was well-packaged and in excellent condition."

"I ordered a cell phone AC charger (LG C2000 Cell Phone AC Rapid Home and Travel Battery Charger)to replace one that my husband left in a hotel room. It arrived within a week, (loosely packaged in a cellophane bag with a sticker on it), and it did not work. When plugged in, the charging light did not illuminate and the phone did not show bars indicating it was charging. Since I had another charger for my same model phone, I tried my charger with my husbands phone, and it was fine. I requested a return via the wirelessboys web site, and a Mr. Rich James responded by email saying I could return the charger by marking the box "return to sender". I sent it back on July 8th requesting a credit to my card. The credit was never posted. On Sept 6th I emailed again and received no response. On Sept 28th I emailed a third time and have not received a response. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before doing business with this dealer.

10-26-06 Update
After 3 more attempts to get a response from this company on my issue, I have yet to hear from them - as if they have disappeared off the face of the earth. Be very wary. Choose another seller; caveat emptor!
