"The item was cheap and shipped fast. However, it was the wrong item (possibly my fault, but the older generation and newer generation DuraFon handsets had the same picture and price).
I tried to return it. I even said that I would pay for ALL shipping and the 20% restocking fee. But they did not give me a RMA. I asked AMEX to help me with the return. Twister threatened me. Suggested that they would not take the item back, that its condition was compromised and told me to offer it on line for sale. They then suggested that if involved AMEX, the restocking fee would be raised to 50%, with a $35 and issue a claim against me."

"Order and delivery service were OK but the TIVAX STB-T8 convertor box is poor. I have other convertors which use the same remote to control the TV and convertor box. The Tivax requires TWO remotes. It will not control the TV. I'm very dissatisfied with it. It was supposed to be one of the best."
