I explained that the order was placed after 11 PM yesterday and it says on their site that my order has not shipped and is being processed.
He was so nasty! When I told him I would write a glowing review of his company, he said he would follow up with a review of me! Luckily I will only waste a small amount with them, but I would never deal with such horrible people again."

"Horrible customer service! Ordered two packs of folders, with a quantity of 125 each listed on the website. However, only received 50 folders total (instead of 250)! Eugene, the customer service person/owner, was VERY rude and unwilling to rectify the situation. There was no other quantity listed on the website, so one would assume that the quantity listed applied to the product displayed on the page. However, he said it was my fault for assuming, and that I should have called to verify before placing my order. Their product details were inconsistent at best, and even though it was "my fault", he quickly changed the product details after our conversation. Do NOT order from this company, or you will be sorry!"

"The Blue Parrot B250-XT was recommended to me by a friend who drives a truck for a living. I work on trucks. I picked one up at a truck stop during my travels and simply do not know how I made it without one. I am a field service technician and travel around the country working on trucks. I also am responsible for some customer support calls while working. I use the headset and can continue working while assisting the customer. It's also quite handy while talking to the wife when I'm away from home. I have been standing right beside of a truck engine running at 1500 RPM(quite loud if you haven't experienced this) while talking to my wife. She said that she could not hear anything except me talking. She has even asked if I was still there because she couldn't hear the background noise. My father owns 2 trucks and is getting older and therefore having trouble with his shoulders and arms. It is difficult for him to hold the phone and drive, not to mention illegal in many states now. I ordered him one of these headsets as a Christmas present. Hopefully, he finds it as handy and reliable as I have. I'm sure I'll have to pair it up for him, he's still not up to speed on the technology.
