"Don't ever trust the company. The product I ordered was very cheap and they refuse to even exchange the product. The customer service is not worth talking to as they refuse to listen to my complain. The towel quality was bad in appearance therefore just to be sure I washed six of them and they all tore. Because of that six they say they cannot exchange 120 towels. As they could not resell them. I cant believe he want to resell them to other unfortunate customers. "

Called 5/7/14 - Was told the order should arrive by the next day (5/8/14) Called 5/12/14 - Towels still have not arrived, called and requested tracking number, was told their system was down and they would call me back with one
Called 5/16/14 - No call back yet, still no towels, called again, no answer. It has been 3 weeks and I still haven't received the towels or even a tracking number."

"It took a month for this shipment to be delivered. But the top guy called and took care of the problem. Having said that, the product - flour sack towels - is very good, a real value for the money. But if you order, be sure to follow up as soon as your promised delivery date has passed to keep the shipping guys on their toes.

I was asked to send photographs to prove I was telling the truth (which were used to replace the ones they had on the website without my permission). A refund was issued after many reminders, emails, phone calls. I was left to pay for the shipping which was completely unfair, unprofessional, lack of customer service as it was their mistake.
