"Bought carb kit complete for kawasaki 1993 zx11D . Paid over 116.00 for kit . Received kit . The only thing correct in kit were the pilot jets and the float bowl gaskets. . O rings for fuel Iines were not correct along with main pilot jets . Contacted my concern . Thru conversation they claim my zx11 d model must be a C model . Both d and c model use the same kit. So very disappointing email exchanges. I wouldt trust them to send back my kit with postage. The other kit they would send me has the same parts . So I'm sure I would have to pay again shipping . I have a expensive kit and I could of bought the parts in that kit they sent me for under 50.00 . Poor customer relation on problems . Terry "

I did NOT use vulgar language. I did NOT raise my voice. I called him back and asked if he hung up on me. He responded, “we were going down a dark path.”
This is what happened:
I ordered REAR brakes for my 1984 and 1985 Honda ATVs.
I did receive them quickly.
They were the wrong parts. Both sets were for the FRONT brakes for both ATVs.
I called them and explained they sent the incorrect brakes. They told me they would send me an email with return information.
I received the email and learned that there was no return postage. I called and explained the situation and said that I should not have to pay for return postage. The representative told me since I ordered it online I have to pay postage. I explained to him why would I order one front brake for the four wheeler when there are two front brakes. Makes no sense. He had no answer.
I was very calm and NOT aggressive. I told him that it is not worth me paying the postage to return the brake pads. He told me that he was sorry but that was their policy.
Again, I was very calm and not loud.
I told him that I will write a terrible review about PartsGiant because I felt I was not in the wrong. HE HUNG UP ON ME. I thought we got disconnected so, I called back. I asked him if he hung up on me. He said, “we were going down a dark path.” I said to him that I did not use vulgar language or raise my voice and you hung up on me because I said I was going to write a bad review. I told him I will never purchase from them again. I then told him thank you and got off the phone.
I don’t appreciate the way I was handled and will not purchase from them and ADVISE YOU NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM EITHER.

"Spoke with Andy and was treated very well. Knowledgeable and polite. My 71 Kawasaki F7 got the wrong counter sprocket. Andy had a new one on the way in 5 minutes. They sent me the return instructions. I was scared reading the bad reviews, no need to worry, they do a fine job. Get me out on my old bike ASAP.
