"After spending 3 hrs trying to install software & 3 tickets to support, I got a live person! She tried to install, reinstall & repair 4 times after taking control of my machine. Could not do it!!!!!! Told me to call MicroSoft-----it was their problem & DISCONNECTED. I am returning the Scanner."
