"I had my NeatDesk a little over a year and hardly used it at our small office. When I began to use it, it wouldn't scan properly. Cutting off half the pages. When I called my warranty was up and was offered to purchase a subscription to get a discounted one.

With the pricing of this machine more should be done when and if the machine start to malfunction. Especially if you want repeat customers.

"The software did not do what their advertising material claimed as far as exporting receipts to Quickbooks. Their technical support personnel were not at all knowledgeable about the issue. However they did not try to convince me not to return the item & they sent the instructions, label, etc. right away. "

"Your scanner product is great, but I was having some trouble with the software. I sent an email to your customer service area through your web site and never got a response. I almost didn't buy your scanner because the online reviews were so bad, mostly because of your very poor customer service. While I'm glad I got the scanner, I would say that customer service is still an issue."

"My Neat application keeps closing down for no reason. It is extremely frustrating. I have all of the required ram memory and disk memory but still it randomly stops working and windows closes it down. I have sent emails and no one will return them to help me. Very disillusioned"

"I am a Neat user for last several years. Neat helps me to do my expenses report quickly. I love using it almost daily, no weekly to be correct. Every time I log in to Neat. I see a lot of money waiting for me to collect.

Thanks a lot to Neat. I installed Neat in three difference offices and refer to some friends.

"I am completely satisfied with the Neat scanner. It has saved me hours of work and made my filing a piece of cake. I immediately fed in my receipts for 2013 and realized I had made a mistake in my favor on my taxes. I am using it daily and I will not be working feverishly at tax time this next year. A great time saver."
