Then now that the account has been dead for 4 months with no chargeback activity, they are playing games with me about releasing the reserve funds and both of the workers there Joe Brannon and Logan in customer service have directly told me that if I keep complaining they are going to hold the funds for the full 180 days.

This company is 100% dishonest, unethical, and shouldn't even be in business.

From what I understand the owner has a Malibu beach house and the other principal owner of the company Joe Brannon is the phony risk department manager whose phone number goes directly to voicemail, or he has one of his customer service lapdogs give you the run around.

Bottom Line - This Company Is Garbage!!!

I have dealt with at least 20 different processing companies over the years as an online merchant, and this was the WORST company BY FAR!!!! And I really mean that from the depths of my being.

It's Christmas and I need money to pay my bills, pay rent, and buy gifts for my family and these guys are over here telling me that they are going to hold the money for another 60 days into January, which is the longest amount of time that they can legally hold it.
