"I bought a Magimix 4200 from them last fall. My wife ran something a bit much through it and caused damage. I called them and they sent me a box to ship it back in. It returned in working order, and they even replaced some parts that we had broken. During reassembly (I'm guessing) they put some cracks around the top of the housing. I called to offer to pay for a new housing but they want to replace the whole base free of charge. They are shipping me a replacement so we won't be without the Magimix for even a day. Awesome service!"
