After googling, I only found one unpressurized basket to replace it, and the only one I found in stock was at Gourmet Depot. I am very satisfied with the price and performance. The basket arrived within a week with the free shipping option. I would definitely shop here again."

"My review is in regards to ordering thru their web site. Not impressed. They had the best price on a couple of mixer beaters I needed. However, they didn't ship the items for two or three days after I placed the order. The online order form did not include a field for customer comments, questions or special instructions. But my main complaint was that I sent them an email with questions about specific product availability and specifications. It also took them two or three days to respond to my inquiry and they completely ignored my questions and just sent me a single sentence with a link back to the list of items available on their web site that my questions were based on. When businesses respond so poorly to their customers it sends the message that they don't care and that their overall customer service is crap."

"No real problems, found item on web site and they the sent the right item. Only concern: Took 20 days to get the item when mailed 1st class mail from San Francisco to Hawaii. Looks like UPS picked it up and gave to the US post office to mail 1st class. We usually get items in 4 days when mailed 1st class from California to Hawaii. I don't understand why both UPS and USPS are both used for a small light item. "
