I wanted to order Mass Effect 1 & 2 from a foreign store, but I was unable to do this because of some stupid delivery restrictions that some stores have.
When I saw that thegamecollection.net team sells to European countries, I was truly delighted. However, not to be disappointed, I contacted the store via e-mail beforehand. They told me that they can deliver items to Ukraine where I live. I tried to place an order, but their system failed to recognise Ukraine as a European country. I informed them about this problem, and voila... everything is OK.
I finally placed the order late on Monday. The order was dispatched on Tuesday and arrived to me on Saturday. Items were new and in brilliant shape. I'm going to have business with these guys."

I have unexpectedly learned today that the order will now be delivered, but no apology or explanation given. Oh dear.
