"Great for prices but if anything goes wrong their customer service is quite terrible. I ordered a PS3 pad as they were the cheapest and it duly arrived in due course. Problem was the L2 button did not work so I emailed them to request a replacement. They say on their website they'll post you a pre-paid returns envelope if you have a faulty item, but the reality was they ignored my repeated requests for one and just told me to mail it to their address with a covering letter. Very, very professional... I gave up with their lousy service and decided to try fixing the pad myself, and lo and behold I got the L2 working myself. About a week later I get an email from them 'anxious to close this matter' still ignoring my request for a SAE. I told them I am unlikely to shop with them in the future.

"I am not usually a fan of online gaming orders, but i preordered Ghost recon future soldier off of this site due to a significantly lower price than the high street. The best news is that, lower price included, it came on the day before high street shops were even open for people to collect their preoredered copies! "Ordered F1 2011 from them on the 27th December 2011 for £12.95. The money came straight out of my account and I received the usual thanks for your order email. On the 28th December (first day of postal collections after Christmas) I received another email stating my order had been dispatched. On the 11th January 2012 I contacted them to say that the game had not been delivered and could they chase it up. I stated that I would prefer it if they would send me another copy of the game before being given a refund, but, was told that the item was now out of stock and a refund had been authorized. It's now three days since that email and I still haven't had any refund nor has there been any sign of the game that I ordered originally. So far contact with them has been fine but if only they would refund the money as fast as they took it!
UPDATE: After contacting them again, I got an email to say that my money had been refunded and should appear on my records in the next couple of days. It did. Still won't be using them again though!"

What's the point of doing things like this? He should have known THQ won't activate imports, and even now he knows (he must have had 100s of complaints), he's still advertising it on the site. I wonder how long he'll last before his rep destroys his business?
Appears to be a dodgy one man business. At least if you go to eBay or a market, there's ways to get your money back or check the product is as described."
"Ordered MW3 for PS3 on 8th Nov and got delivered the PC version on 9th Nov. Called up to complain and its the 14th Nov - no game, no idea of what has happened to the item in post (apparently the second time round, they did not send the package by recorded delivery). Quick to take your call, but absolutely rubbish service. NEVER AGAIN"
