When not received after 6 weeks started sending emails, sent 4 in total over three week period, all I received was two computer generated replies one stating someone would get back to me in 24 hours & to check with Post Office, no one called me. Second reply suggested I check with Post Office. Received item today 28/8/20. I believed these people were, as per their web details, in Victoria, Australia and therefore my order would come from Victoria which should have taken 8 days at the most. No, no, no the order was from China and the information sticker on the package listed the price of the item at $2.27, I PAID $13.60!! Prior to ordering this item I had selected a considerable amount of women’s clothing, however though I would do a small test purchase first to see how reliable they were. So glad I did. While I eventually received my order & it was of small dollar value the principal remains the same as if it had been a three hundred dollar order. The service is absolutely shocking, It goes without saying, I will not be buying from them ever again and certainly recommend to anyone considering shopping with them - don’t."

Additionally on raising the complaint some made up answer about giving membership to **** shady website.
Such websites take away the trust on online shopping.
Additionally I did not even receive the product even after 30 days
