"This stores customers service is unacceptable. They wouldnt hear it if you have a problem with your order and need to return a product and will hang the phone on you!
I had an outstanding bad experience and recommend you to think twice before you make an order!

"Wishing I had checked the reviews here first. The guys were SOOOO rude when I called in response to an email I received from them that said this:
"Your order from The Deal Rack with order number 177880 has been refunded."
That's it, no explanation. So I call to ask why, he tells me the address verification didn't pass. I admit that shocked me, so tried to ask how to resolve it, but he got very rude. So I called my bank....turns out it was a bank mistake on the debit card address, and was revolved while on the phone.
WOW. Will not be ordering from these guys again. They HUNG UP ON ME when called back to ask for another person. So either it was the same "angry" guy or another "angry" guy.

"BUYER BEWARE!!! While I normally stick to writing favorable review, I am so upset by The Deal Rack I had to warn others. My family member purchased 2 items for me for Christmas. One on them was defective. I contacted customer service & they said they would not do anything for me because it exceeded the 14 day return time frame. So not only did they send defective goods, they also refused to take them back. Mark in customer service was very rude!!!"

"Delivery was MUCH slower than website indicated. Said 90% of orders arrive in 2 days. My order took 5 days to arrive. I submitted return request since items arrived too late. They would not accept return and were completely inflexible. Very poor customer service - bad attitude from representative."

"This company had very poor customer service if you have an issue. They do not answer thier phone line at all and when you do finally get to communicate via email they are very rude. My order was short and they refused to even acknowledge this and accused me of being dishonest. I would not recommend them or do business with this company for any reason."

"Return policy is absurd; 14 days includes several days for shipping. They extended to 30days over holidays but this still doesn't work for gifts. My request for return (because of wrong color) was denied. Their customer service was a joke; it's like dealing with the DMV; they told me to write this review if it would make me happy...it does."

"Placed order online and called after I placed the order as the website gave me an ERROR message after I submitted the payment information. Customer Service assured me that the payment information was received and that the shipment will be send out the next day as I had missed their 12 PM EST cut-off. The next day I get an email from their FRAUD department that my order is being held. I speak to Marc Schmidt who explains that they make these calls beginning at 9:30 AM PST and if they don't hear back in 2 1/2 hours (i.e. before 12 PM EST) your order will not be sent that day. I explain to him that this is extremely inconsiderate for those of us on PST and he says very rudely and with attitude, "What do you want us to do, call you in the middle of the night?" I told him that they could have called me the day before after they had received my order as I had placed my order after their 12 PM shipping deadline. I told him that I no longer wanted the order as it was not going to arrive on time and he said he would cancel it. I still have not seen on the website that my order is cancelled and if it is not I will immediately send back the whole order. I will never order from this company again."
