Two weeks after the summer event that I ordered them for, the shipment still hasn't come in. Called in to ask for a full refund in a very reasonable manner and a very respectful tone but they hung up on me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
"I've only used the site one time, but had no issues with finding the items I needed, payment process, shipping speed, and overall satisfaction of my order. Hope to be ordering more soon for a fundraiser we are planning to start a foundation in honor of our young son. We live in Louisiana, and are hoping to bring awareness, help with prevention, and provide support to other families that have experienced similar horrible tragedies due to accidental drownings. We believed we had taken every single possible safety measure to protect him, but he was still able to gain access to our family pool. He went from playing in his bedroom, on the opposite side of our house, across the hall from where my husband was and in a matter of minutes, likely the time it took just looking for him, he got past all of the safety barriers and into the pool. Sadly, he passed away two days after, July 3, 2017. I am sharing this because I would like to know if your company ever offers discounts, or even donations for nonprofits? We would love to have shirts, hats, beach towels, bags, and other merchandise to help support spreading the word of this much needed organization in our area. I hope that someone will be able to help make this a possibility, as we are planning our first event for next month. Thank you! "

Shipping to PA. is 28.41 and shipping to Santa Fe springs is 9.95.
