"I was able to find the Maschine mk2 at a competitor's site for $15 less. DJhookup refused to top that. I am skeptical that dropping another $16 from a $509 price would have really broken the bank for them, so I was surprised, after seeing how much they tout their 110% Best Price Guarantee. But I went with them anyway because they offer the convenience of paypal as a payment method, and the other guys didn't.
Shipping time was reasonable, communication excellent...I can't comment on anything else as it is a holiday gift for my husband - I won't know whether we will need to deal with a return policy for a few weeks. (Hope not.)
Overall, the experience wasn't stellar, but it didn't suck. I would consider shopping here again, and I did mention the site to a producer friend of mine."
