Anyway Folks, I brought a DJM-T1 few months back took me around 12days to receive it, as I'm now staying in South-East Asia. FML... the DJM-T1 was faulty(can't start-up) so I sent an email to the customer service team and support team regarding my mixer.
They ask me to send my faulty DJM-T1 back to them and They were so kind to send me a NEW DJM-T1 within 2 weeks! Yes it's NEW*
