"The worst communication I have ever experienced. I purchased from the company on Nov 27. There was an error with the shipping address and the package was returned to sender. I contacted their live chat to ask if I could pay to have the item reshipped once they received it back. I was told I would be invoiced for the additional shipping cost once they received the item. From there I received no response and had to contact them again via e-mail. I was eventually invoiced for the additional shipping fee and told the item would be re-shipped to me the next day after the fee was paid. Now they have issued me a refund for the initial item but not for that additional fee that I paid to have the item reshipped.The last correspondence I had with them was confirmation of that additional payment and promise of the item being shipped out the next day. After emailing them asking what is going on I was told I have to repay another invoice. That was never mentioned to me in prior correspondence. I was only told I had to pay the invoice sent the day prior and then the item would be resent. I have never dealt with such ineptitude and lack of communication from a company. I have opened a case with Paypal and am hoping they will be able to get the additional money I paid back."
