I place the order on a Sunday and received a call on Monday, as they are closed Sunday's. The call was to verify the shipping address and credit card address.
Item was shipped the same day and I received an email with the tracking number.

"I've never dealt with this company before, but I found them while researching an anticipated purchase by searching the Web. Their prices looked terrific, compared to the Mega-establishments on the Web and in the major magazines, so I called Canon (also a great experience) and verified they were an authorized dealer. I asked the Canon rep if he had any non-positive things to say about The Best Things. I gave him their street address and waited while he checked. He said Cannon had no negative news or customer complaints, so I took a chance and called them.
Jodie answered the phone, was pleasant, and very knowledgeable. She assured me (after checking) that the camera was in stock as well as the other items I wanted. She told me that UPS was running late that day, and she would pack my order and do her best to get it sent right away. She must have made it, because I received my new toys in 3 business days. She also sent me an e-mail confirmation of my order as well as the UPS tracking number.
A really great price, especially on the Speedlite, friendly staff, all equipment was sealed in Canon Factory packaging and good old USA warranties. Oh yes, no up-selling or trying to convince me to buy extended warranties.
I also inquired if they had, or could get other Canon lenses for me, that weren't shown on their web page, and her answer was, Sure, just tell me what you want.
Their Web site doesn't have all the technical info like the Canon site or the mega stores, but they have the people, attitude and prices that are all superior to the competition. So I will be giving them more of my photography dollars, and hope other folks help them grow their business, and show the Big Boys how it should be done!
