"Beware! A warning to International (and US) customers. Art-of-Sale (ADA Infinity Sales) does not take PayPal for international shipment. For my order, they shipped a refurbished speaker that was in terrible conditon (soldering, scratches, etc.). They deny that the product is refurb despite the pictures that clearly show the resoldering and aftermarket parts. They offered to exchange it but won't reply to my emails asking them to pay the shipping costs. Don't take the chances with Art-of-Sale. You might get a refurb.

Immediately after I left this feedback, Art-of-Sale replied with the following "Now, after you lovely feedback, I will not honor exchange until feedback is removed/changed, nor I will honor any kind of warranty on the product".

"Transaction went fine with product and delivery as promised. HOWEVER they refuse to take PayPal from Canadians. They claim that PayPal doesn't protect them against fraud outside of USA but upon contacting PayPal, I was informed that they offer the same protection regardless of shipping location. I forwarded the e-mail to them but they wouldn't budge. It was a hassle having to get a money order, plus it costs me for the money order and priority postage to get it to them. Then I had to wait for my payment to reach them before they would ship the item. BAD COMPANY POLICY...only dealt with them because they had one item at an amazing price.
*****UPDATE***** October 7th. I have since received a phone call and 2 emails begging me to remove my feedback. I have been offered discounts on future products and Dave has told me that if I don't change it, he won't have a job by Christmas as he will get fired over my feedback. Dave has a problem with telling the truth; he likes to change his story. He told me on the phone yesterday that they have a policy that they DO NOT sell to Canadians and that he only did me a favor. It says on ALL of their E-bay sales that they sell to Canadians....Dave is lying to try to make them look better than they really are so that I withdraw my true opinion of their company. BEWARE and don't trust their feedback...how many other customers have they harassed to get a feedback changed or removed???Don't believe me? See the review in August of 2009 by ezieger...obviously they have a history! Last point, at some point today, they have removed the link from their site that directs people to their reviews on resellerratings.com. It was on the front page down the left hand side. SHADY PEOPLE!"
