"Allowed to go through the entire order process, collecting all of my personal information, only to find out a few minutes after finishing the process that the item is out of stock and for them to try and sell me something else. The website should notify a user before taking the order if the item is out of stock, especially when they don't know if or when the item will be in stock.

The company did notify me quickly, and they did handle the matter as I requested after the notification. Doesn't make me a happy customer, but they did act responsibly and promptly."

"I ordered from this site and onlinecarstero on the same day for different products. There was a problem with the address change and the name on the credit card. Art of Sale emailed right away and I emailed right back telling them that I had contacted my bank. They ok it the next day and sent my package. Onlinecarstereo still hadn't emailed me back. Two days later I called them. Still problems. Story short. I got my package right away from Art of Sale and installed right away. I never got my package from Onlinecarstereo. Apparently they didn't have the product, they told me this after 7 days. "
